Since we had a two quick night stay and could not find anything near to place we wanted to be in Belapur Sector 14, we booked this for two nights. We knew that it would not be a very great hotel and did not expect anything much out of it. However it proved even below the normal requirement which a hotel must fulfill. At midnight, the key holder hangs out of the wall and there is no electricity in room. Reception is called and they are all clueless. They send one sweeper to check who knows nothing and comes only to tell that an electrician can fix. Does not even know how are we supposed to spend the night. Gets room changed. However the another room has no extra bed. So makes the bed on floor. As if this is not enough, next morning we wake up to discover there is no hot water in bathroom. Again we call the reception and the same sweeper comes. He holds the tap for 15 mins and walks off without saying a single word. We check out morning 08:00 asap. Avoid this place at all costs.

Suitable location as it is close to belapur railway station. Condition of room is not that good. Refrigerator or locker was not in room. Excellent food.

La posizione di questo hotel è molto conveniente. La ricezione e il personale sono brillanti. Il cibo è eccellente. Le camere sono pulite. I puliziari vengono anche e cambiano tutto ogni giorno. Le camere sopra il ristorante hanno problemi di peste notturna, ma hanno risolto il problema e ci hanno trasferito in un piano dopo pochi giorni. Il colazione complimentare ha quasi nessuna opzione che è stato deludente per essere onesti, perché nella nostra prenotazione ha detto che era un buffet. 4 stelle per la ricezione e il personale. Non per l'hotel stesso. Bad colazione e cacca rovinò la nostra vacanza.

The hotel staff provides very good service. When I was checking in at the front desk, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. The next day after checking in, I had difficulty in tuning the TV, after I enquired on the phone, in no time someone was at the door to help me . The waiters are very acquiescent and courteous. When I had breakfast, which was included, they asked if I would like it in my room, to which I answered no. I had an apple, which I couldn't cut with the restaurant knife, the waiter said, ”Let me help you.” He then took the apple to the kitchen & returned with a plate of apple slices for me. The hotel is new, but signs of wears & tears are showing. However, it doesn't dampen my experience there, for the ambience is warm & cosy. When I am tired, I can really relax in my room without venturing outside. On the wall where the kettle is used, there is some mould; sink in the bathroom is cracked; the handle of the shower can be detached; ceiling of bathroom looks improperly assembled. Attached are photos of the areas that need maintenance, but I don't mind for the quality of service more than make up for it.

Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. Mr. Rohit Nirmal, who is the laundry head provide the best service, truly hard working person. Special thanks to Mayur... Surely visit again here...
