Property is well maintained and located in the heart of the city. Food is very good however the bf was not upto the mark. Amenities are okay. Service staff is very courteous. The only disappointing thing was absence of parking. Hotel doesn't even have the valet parking.

Service and attitude from staff was not good don't take responsibility for guest service i called 5 to 6 times for laundry service no reply from them

it is pretty decent hotel to stay and very good restaurant nearby and even shopping mall are available nearby

The room floor was moist. Tv remote was not available and then the tv stopped working completely. They sent a wrong dessert order even after confirming four times. The room ac was not working and had to spend the full night without ac.

Ac was not working and room was not cleaned on day 1 of stay. Had to raise a complaint to get this fixed
