we waited for over 2 hours just watching many other guests who came after us being alloted rooms! Excuses galore was given by Choudary(Manager),Shetty(owner),Saurabh(staff) et all. "The wedding party rooms are fighting among themselves"Not even a gesture of apology! Such people should avoid being in this business of hospitality.In simple language- Horrible is the experience we had.

My lost pain found by security staff was returned. Rooms are spacious. Food was good. Only room service. Concern is that there is lot water drain before you get hot water. Precious resource including valuable time of guest is lost. Hotel should find solution.

The hotel stay was really nice and the room was spacious, clean and very good. It's the best stay in my opinion that you can experience at this price and at this location.

Hotel location is good, i have many things to say but ending in few words if you are staying for business purposes for a night or two it's fine (specially when you are in hotel just to sleep) rest it's depend on person to person's preferences.

The location is good only if you have work around dombivli area. The hygiene and room was good !
