It was a great experience

Sahil and Payal were super great at tending to all the needs ranging from great breakfast service to complimentary dessert. Overall this is a great property and the rooms are spacious. One great advantage is that it’s near to the important tech parks in the area

It was a wonderful experience. Sahil at the restaurant was fantastic. He made our stay most enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to him, each meal was perfect. There was always great food and excellent hospitality throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable with good amenities

The front desk, staff, housekeeping, restaurant, staff, and bartenders, were all extremely attentive and helpful. We have asked for better service and hospitality. They helped us with Ubers, tours, and delightful food, and drink. The spa treatment was excellent! A diverse menu of treatments to choose from, and the service and treatment itself were superb. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Navi Mumbai. A special shout out to Girish Joshi, the manager. He helped us on numerous occasions with language translation for drivers and tour directors. He was a delight to work with and always seem to be available to help. We hope to return someday and visit our new friends at the Marriott Navi!

Stayed here as a base to visit our friends in Pune since the drive from South Bombay would have been treacherous for the kids. It’s a beautiful new hotel that has made some good design choices to balance both modernity and a warm feel. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathroom is well designed with the shower head poi ting away from the door (a problem in many Indian hotels). Unfortunately, the floor still gets wet which seems to be a bane of Indian hotel bathrooms. The following g stood out from the services we availed 1. The breakfast service is extremely friendly and happy. Both Somali and Sahil were so pleasant and happy to help with anything. It also helped that their food was utterly delicious, some of the best deep tasting mutton keema in their breakfast buffet. 2. Room service is reasonably priced, portions are nice and the food is eclectic and tasty. 3. Aka (the masseuse) at their spa was spectacular, she really understood my pain points and applied the perfect pressure. Recommend this hotel for your stays in New Mumbai and if you need a mid point hotel to explore Pune
