You can go not only to the nearest beach, but also to the beaches of Kao Lak, walk the streets of the resort, visit the national park with waterfalls ... The design of the bungalows is a separate story. Each item of the interior is made by individual project and by our own hands. Our lodge was Mickey Mouse themed. Perfect cleanliness! Delicious and beautiful breakfast served on the terrace. And the most touching thing is the owners of this hotel, friendly, caring, involved. The impression that we came to visit relatives. "Отель чистый. Территория не маленькая отеля. Но сам пляж, примыкающий к отелю (сама береговая линия) маленький. Но плюс в том, что отель стоит на пляже прям, лежаки отеля бесплатные. По территории гуляют вараны - мне это нравится, никого не трогают, никто не пугается. В номере в душе пахнет сыростью, к сожалению. Завтраки: стандарт, особенностей не выявлено."

"Il nostro soggiorno al Merlin Khao Lak è stato fantastico. Ci siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo sinceramente goduti la sensazione di soggiornare in una foresta pluviale ben tenuta e protetta vicino alla spiaggia. La posizione era quasi perfetta, ma la spiaggia in sé non era molto balneabile (inizio della stagione delle piogge, per essere onesti). Fortunatamente, c'erano altre spiagge sulla stessa costa che erano più belle nello stesso periodo dell'anno, quindi abbiamo avuto tempo di fare il bagno in acqua di mare. Anche senza nuotare in mare, l'atmosfera delle onde e dei tramonti ha reso la spiaggia molto piacevole per noi al Merlin. C'è anche una varietà di piscine ben tenute di cui godere, anche se in genere non mi piacciono le piscine personalmente. Anche il servizio e il cibo erano buoni. Il personale era abbastanza gentile, ma sembrava strano che un resort ecologico avesse meno alternative di carne/latticini di tutti i diversi resort/hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ho trovato semplice ordinare curry senza pesce o carne, ed erano per lo più buoni. Il curry massaman è stato un errore, ma tutto il resto che ho provato era abbastanza buono per il cibo del resort! Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il tocco del canale TV predefinito della stanza, che era un canale informativo sulla fauna selvatica e la manutenzione del resort. Questo, più i vari opuscoli informativi, ci hanno permesso di avere un'esperienza più guidata e istruita mentre facevamo visite turistiche nei giardini eccezionali. È stato davvero divertente incontrare altre persone che stavano solo dando un'occhiata in giro e aspettando di vedere spuntare un animale diverso. Ci siamo goduti il ​​nostro soggiorno. La prossima volta probabilmente torneremo, trascorrendo anche un po' di tempo lungo la costa."

Sembra che l'uomo non sia abbastanza in tutti i dipartimenti, dal momento che il check-in di così tanti ospiti aspettano al lobby e la GSA è troppo occupata per gestire. "It's very good accomodation butnot far away from Taplamu pier. If you have your own transport is good.. If not it's a little difficult with taxi: grab, bolt and indrive is not working there. But you can ask the staffs to help to call taxi but before more than 20-30 minutes. The room condition are very good: good AC , comfortable mattress, hot water, drinking water, even fridge and TV."

Its strengths in late-night service availability and strategic positioning make it a commendable choice for those in transit or preparing for marine excursions out of Khao Lak.
