The place is great an old 150 years traditional house with lots of history to tell but unfortunately covered with unprofessional mistakes from DINA who seems that she doesn't appreciate her job she tried to fool me more than once by offering much higher price of I found online telling me that only the suite is available and other rooms are full which had nothing to do with reality cuz I noticed during my period of staying that rooms were empty but thanks God I wasn't scammed by the price cuz I paid to the right person who was honest with me. I presented my Moroccan ID not the French one cuz I'm home "Morocco" so the service was unbelievably bad even the breakfast presented to us was bland and I'm not exaggerating when saying we were served smaller cups of juice tiny amount of cheese to the point I just refused to consume it without mentioning the ingredients that are the lowest quality you can get which shows a very dangerous behavior of non caring about the guests hot water wasn't available the bathroom was in an awful way to mention that the guy called RIDWAN and the room service lady were so sweet with us and extremely helpful though RIDWAN didn't try to fix the shower issue I can call this experience a nightmare I'm not returning again and I'm spreading the word so I'll make sure no one will visit the place again till your service will be improved

Riad fantastique. Les hôtes très gentils et ils ont bien donné des infos sur la cité. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix, très super. Chambre propre et jolie. Terrace avec une belle vue sur cité, spécialement avec le soleil levant. Riad tranquille dans le centre de la médina.

Experiencia horrible. Las fotos de los viajeros no concuerdan para nada con el estado actual del lugar. No hay agua caliente en la mugrosa ducha. Soy asmática y es imposible estaré la habitación y dormir por la falta de higiene. Adjunto fotos bastante gráficas.

Nous avons reçus un excellent accueil dans ce riad au cœur de la médina de Tétouan. Surtout mohsen il est très agréable et dynamique. Un bon point de départ pour se perdre dans la médina. Très confortable Petit déjeuner parfait.

C est un Riad qui n est pas entretenu. Tout est vetuste. La chambre louee 210Dh sur *********** a une salle de bain commune...très ancienne . Dans la chambre le strict minimum comme une cellule. Rien pour suspendre ses vêtements. Sur ***********, les avis sont bons pour les chambres supérieures...je suis extrêmement déçue. Pour le même prix a Fès et chefchaouen j ai eu de très belles chambres avec des salles de bains attenantes de luxe à la très belle décoration en tadlatk et la climatisation. Ici RIEN Pour ce prix aucun effort.

Nous avons reçus un excellent accueil dans ce riad au cœur de la médina de Tétouan. Dina et Redouane sont agréables et dynamiques. Un bon point de départ pour se perdre dans la médina singulièrement différente des autres médinas marocaines.
