Andai come famiglia di quattro (bambini di 10 anni e quasi 9 anni) per quattro notti durante il fine settimana del giorno della gente indigena, e credo che il prezzo della stanza fosse stato metà di quello che sarebbe stato se viaggiassimo in agosto. Così è sempre bello. Inoltre, il cambiamento delle foglie è più un luogo già scenico e ancora più magico. Amiamo l'hotel per molte ragioni. La stanza che abbiamo ottenuto era grande e, quindi, molto comoda. Ha una grande vista sulle tracce sciistiche / montagne. Il bagno era grande con tutte le attrezzature. Grande cassetta per il magazzinaggio. Bella zona di caffè/tea con acqua nuova confezionata fornita quotidianamente. Il lobby era decorato con molte belle arte occidentali. Noi ci piaceva avere il nostro caffè/tea mattina al fuoco. I bambini godevano il complimentare pacchetto s’mores. Amiamo la zona della piscina e i tubi caldi bellissimo ubicazione tra gli alberi di Aspen che si trasformavano in giallo chiaro. (Stavamo chiudendo la piscina per la stagione, ma il nostro ultimo giorno!) Anche i ristoranti erano eccellenti. Infine, apprezziamo l'uso della macchina da casa, che abbiamo sfruttato per esplorare la città di Jackson. Penso che il tempo del nostro viaggio all'inizio di ottobre fosse perfetto, perché non era pieno di persone in hotel e ci rendeva più facile (come l'uso della macchina), ma anche le Tour di Safari della Vita selvatica di Grand Teton e Yellowstone. Prenotato attraverso il concierge ma con una società esterna. Non abbiamo chiesto un tour privato, ma entrambi erano privati! Inoltre, erano metà del costo di quello che il concierge stava pagando. Questo era il modo di andare!!

Horrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.

Perfetta esperienza di soggiorno.Rimanere e shopping al ristorante vicino alla stazione di benzina.La casa è in bosco, la privacy e la sicurezza sono buone.La camera è ampia, le strutture sono perfette e la sanità è buona.La camera è ben calda e tranquilla.Il personale di servizio è molto amichevole. Ecco il più bel fiume stellare!

Great location! As other guests have mentioned, parking can be an issue and more likely more of a problem in the winter than it was for us in the summer. Room was small, but more spacious than expected and was clean other than one issue with a towel left in our bathroom.

La città di Jackson è molto bella. L'hotel rurale Erk è l'unico hotel che siamo arrivati alle quattro di questo viaggio di auto-conduzione, quindi gode di cibo delizioso nella città e andai al Grand Teton Park nel tramonto. L'hotel ha le caratteristiche di una piccola città, la colazione è anche buona, la ricetta è molto calda, la stanza è anche grande, pulita e pulita, è che mi ha dato il secondo piano, il trasporto del bagaglio è molto stanco!

Sono stato a Jackson molte volte, molte volte e ho guidato in passato questa proprietà più volte di quanto possa contare. Ho sempre pensato che fosse un piccolo posto, senza un vero ”appoggio a curvatura”, ma tornando a Jackson nella stagione estiva, per una notte, pensavo che lo controllerei. Ero molto piacevolmente sorpreso! Prima, permettevano cani- bonus! In secondo luogo, è una grande proprietà con molte attrazioni, e un super bel caffè per colazione (non incluso) dove ho potuto ottenere una tazza di avena di notte, e una latte di caca per la strada. Il letto era molto comodo, il check-in era amichevole e veloce (molto apprezzato dopo un giro di 500+ miglia) e si trova perfettamente vicino alla piazza che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

🍃 Ambiente: buon ambiente, un po'di sensazione di hotel vacanze. 🔔 Servizio: il servizio del ristorante è molto generale, l'intero ristorante è a due tavoli, ma il pranzo è molto lento e costringe 20% di spese, non comune negli Stati Uniti. 🧹 Salute: l'igiene è buona, non c'è problema. Il panorama dell'hotel è migliore, vale la pena tornare.

A Jackson Hole, è considerato un hotel molto conveniente. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta. La colazione è al ristorante accanto all'hotel. È a pagamento. È aperto solo fino alle 14:00. Le strutture sono un po' datate, ma sono semplici e pulite. anche il wifi è buono. Il telefono in camera non poteva essere utilizzato a causa dell'epidemia, quindi ho usato il mio cellulare per effettuare una chiamata. Dista 2 minuti in auto dal centro della città e 18 minuti a piedi. Non è un'autostrada deserta. La città è bellissima, c'è molto cibo e intrattenimento e ha molta storia.

La stanza è molto sensata, la casa di legno è unica nel paese americano.Ci sono spazzole e lavastoviglie, si può cucinare, e un posto caldo (artigianale) è un buon posto per le vacanze e lo sci!L'hotel è un piccolo quartiere indipendente, ci sono due auto di polizia parcheggiate dentro, e si sente molto sicuro. La città di Jackson è molto pulita e elegante. Il ristorante è molto delizioso!A due o trenta minuti da Grand Teton, mi piace!
