"Location is good, we used this as a place to stay the night after visiting grand Teton national park and as a good starting point for our trip up to Yellowstone the next morning.
However, the price is extortionate considering that the cabins are in desperate need of updating. There needs to be more thorough cleaning like around the windows where there was mould, there were stains on the bed covers and they couldn’t even be bothered to do something as simple as get the crumbs off of the armchairs in our room. The room also smelt quite strongly of vinegar when we arrived. These are things which we could live with and usually look past but for the price you pay, you expect more.
The places to eat are limited but that being said, the pulled pork bun at the diner was very nice tasting despite the untidy appearance of the diner. The service could be better - it’s not clear how it works for ordering & no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we sat down rather confused about how to order. The waiter walked past us a few times and ignored us until we asked how to order. He then told us to go sit in another section that was being served by someone else - thankfully once we moved, the new waiter was more attentive and nice."

UUtente ospiteStarting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

UUtente ospiteExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

JJeaneSono stato a Jackson molte volte, molte volte e ho guidato in passato questa proprietà più volte di quanto possa contare. Ho sempre pensato che fosse un piccolo posto, senza un vero ”appoggio a curvatura”, ma tornando a Jackson nella stagione estiva, per una notte, pensavo che lo controllerei. Ero molto piacevolmente sorpreso! Prima, permettevano cani- bonus! In secondo luogo, è una grande proprietà con molte attrazioni, e un super bel caffè per colazione (non incluso) dove ho potuto ottenere una tazza di avena di notte, e una latte di caca per la strada. Il letto era molto comodo, il check-in era amichevole e veloce (molto apprezzato dopo un giro di 500+ miglia) e si trova perfettamente vicino alla piazza che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

GGo nowIl tipico hotel vacanze americano, la squadra di servizio è molto amichevole, la decorazione della stanza è appropriata e le forniture di autoassistenza dovrebbero essere complete.Il parcheggio gratuito del veicolo è molto conveniente per il parcheggio in una piazza di fronte all'hotel.Un buon punto di parcheggio per un viaggio di immersione.

KKevin Boliang- Posizione comoda a 3 minuti a piedi da Target e da vari ristoranti. Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore per il secondo piano.
- Camera e bagno molto puliti (sembrano una struttura nuova). Sebbene le dimensioni siano ridotte, sono più che sufficienti.
- Angolo cottura incluso. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento funzionano bene. L'unico problema è che non è presente l'asciugacapelli, a meno che non venga richiesto alla reception.
- La porta richiede una piccola spinta per chiudersi. Una delle due tessere magnetiche non funzionava.
Comunque, il soggiorno è stato sorprendentemente piacevole.

NnordinyOverall, I had a good experience staying at the Super 8 in Jackson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. One of the highlights for me was the 24/7 free-flowing coffee in the lobby – a real bonus!
The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to town and nearby attractions.
The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so carrying luggage to upper floors might be a challenge for some. Still, everything else made up for it, and I’d happily stay here again.

CChenHaiyanUnique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.
