Quaint, small cozy home with privacy. The hot tub on the back of a huge patio is very relaxing. Private and secluded it makes for a great way to relax for a few days and get away. Also, centrally located to everything in Terrell.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No parties allowed. Police will be called.
Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
No parking in front of mailboxes..No pets in the hot tub.
Not more than 2 pets allowed on the property.
Pets need to be caged if left alone at the house.,No tracking grass or dirt into the hot tub.
Not more than 6 people overnight or there will be a fee of $50.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great place in Terrell
House was clean and had everything we needed. Nice selection of bed pillows for preferred firmness.

Cute House
My family and I stayed here for a wedding that was nearby. The property was nice and well taken care of. The host was very prompt with communication and worked with me when our plans changed. Overall, I'd stay here again if I am in the area.
