I had booked a single bed in advance for my stay, but upon check-in at 4:00 pm, I was informed that no single beds were available. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price I had paid for the room. Furthermore, the quality of the mattress and pillows resembled those of a low-star hotel, not what I had expected.
Another inconvenience was the lack of basic amenities. I had to request a toothbrush every day, which should have been readily available in the room. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for additional mineral water at the counter during check-out. Such practices felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
One aspect of the hotel that stood out was its exterior pool and beach area, which were very impressive. However, this only served to highlight the stark contrast with the disappointing room and services.
Overall, I would rate my experience as two stars. It is clear that the hotel is in need of refurbishment to meet the standards of a four-star establishment. I hope that management takes these issues into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.
