Does exactly what it needs to, and at the right price. Friendly and efficient staff, no fuss, basic but at a good value price. Car parking is simple (as long as you can remember your registration number) and rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast but suspect it would have been competent.

A very nice hotel and great friendly staff, good location for the channel tunnel. Always use this hotel if travelling via the tunnel if it’s available. Typical premiere inn rooms, good layout and very comfy beds. Nice and quiet at night too.

Lovely stay at this premier inn hotel. Great location, lovely service. Great restaurants in the area (walking distance). Plus you have to visit the designer outlet mall nearby. Good safe parking if you have a car full and travelling on after.

Can’t go wrong with this premier inn. Comfy beds, good shower and quiet at night time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. CJU (the young lady on reception) has always got a smile on her face and says hello, good morning every time you walk through reception. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really disappointed with the hotel, it's very tired and shabby with a musty smell in the rooms. I switched from one room to another but they were both as bad as each other. The restaurant for breakfast was awful - sticky floors, seating full of crumbs, yogurts and fruit salad sat in the sun and filthy plates, bowls and glasses. I paid for full cooked breakfast but I didn't have anything, my son just had a bowl of coco pops! Staff were pleasant. Location good, near plenty of food outlets and shops.

Great location for exploring and shopping. Premier inn was ideally situated for easy access to all the main towns to visit and the weather made walking around very pleasant. We’ll be back soon with the rest of the family I expect. Enjoy Kent!

Very friendly staff, left us a pack of chocolate biscuits so clearly understand the needs of parents travelling with kids during half term 😀 Our room was right next to reception so was worried we would hear people coming in and out all night, but we were all out like a light on the very comfy beds.
