Really lovely hotel. Rooms are comfortable, modern, clean & great facilities. Seonaid was a very accommodating host, friendly, helpful and attentive. It’s in a great location and considering it’s in a main road, it wasn’t noisy for sleeping. Highly recommend for a stay

Excellent one night stay for Valentine’s Day. Brilliant package including dinner, stay and tour at Chapel Down for very reasonable price. The staff cannot do enough for you. The tour ran seamlessly with taxis there and back included and arranged by the Print House. The building and rooms are beautiful and it is spotless inside. Cannot fault anything.

We have just spent a night here with friends after a trip to the Chapel Down tour. We were so impressed. We had a friendly welcome and were really well looked after. On arrival we had a tastey and generous cheese and charcuterie board, which we ate in the cosy lounge. Our room was immaculate and so comfortable, with a small but well supplied shower room. The road is noisy but quietens down overnight, and ear plugs and sleeping masks are provided! Continental breakfast was included, and we had cooked breakfast from the menu, which was delicious, well priced and perfectly portioned. We most definitely would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Came for Sunday dinner. Fabulous! Interior, comfort, friendliness, cleanliness, choice of food and wine - exceptional! We had roast chicken and halibut, mousse and pear after. Wonderful. Good portion size, great wine list, hot food and great service! Not rushed. Will return and highly recommend.

This was our second stay at the Print House, previously just the two of us, this time with four others. We had dinner which was excellent. Interesting menu with unusual meals as well traditional. The mushroom tart with celeriac was fabulous! The rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty, and the manager and chef were really welcoming and friendly. We will visit again, thank you!

We stayed at the print house last night and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are cozy and was very quiet at night. Everything clean and lots of nice little touches. The owners and chef worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast and the food was amazing. Tenterden is a lovely village and perfect to wander around and look in the lovely shops and have a beer or two in the pubs and bars. Totally recommend

This is a lovely little hotel with a smashing owner, Seonaid, and a fantastic chef. We stayed last night after a Chapel Down vineyard tour (also highly recommended- the hotel does a great package deal!). We had a delicious dinner at the hotel after drinks in the charming salon with log burner. Lovely husband had the soup followed by excellent meatballs and I had the duck pate followed by a very tasty fish pie. We both had the sticky toffee pud - wicked and moreish. The wine list is very good and of course they sell the splendid Chapel Down fizz! The bed was comfy, the room was cosy and the decor throughout is welcoming and just a bit quirky, which we loved. It is in the perfect location for vineyard tours, National Trust houses, gardens and castles and beautiful Rye and the seaside are within easy reach. We highly recommend this gem with its friendly team and welcoming ambiance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for one night with the Chapel Down package. Sufficient parking for 3 cars outside and public parking not far away. The taxi was on time, great tour, returned to a log fire in the comfortable lounge area, then had an excellent meal in the bar area in the evening. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was very nice. Above all the host/manager, Seonaid was fantastic. Would recommend a stay.

We stayed for 1 night. We live sort of locally but wanted a night away somewhere different. Wecbooked one room, but when the owner say I used a crutch, she kindly moved us into a different room that had a walk in shower, which was very considerate. The room was very good,and 5he bed was large and comfy, but as to be expected there was some traffic noise, but that didn't worry us, although they provide ear plugs if you want to use them. The room was cold after having the heating on for 3 hours, but this was because the room hadn't been expected to be used. We mentioned this when going down for dinner and full marks to them, they put a electric heater in the room and it was very cosy by the time we got back -good customer service. As I said we had dinner there which was very good as was breakfast the following morning and had no complaints about the stay overall. Well done and keep up the good work.
