酒店在景區裏面，可以免景區門票和觀光車票，非常不錯，另外温泉池後面的小門上去景點很方便很近，棧道上去再走下來基本景點都可以逛完。前台接待很熱情，會告知路線以及泡池時間，離開時還送了硫磺皂。衹是酒店比較老了，硬件設施趕不上現在，也沒有電梯，但工作人員會幫忙提行李，也滿辛苦

性價比超高，酒店就在景區裏面，住店可以泡美女池，如果想泡浴谷的話房卡60一人就行，可以叫接駁車接送很方便。服務很熱情，走的時候還送了伴手禮，酒店自己做的硫磺皂，體驗感絕了！如果想泡温泉的話住這邊絕對不會失望，小紅書説熱海温泉比較舊環境不好啥的，根本不存在的，而且熱海的硫磺池獨一無二，一定要來！

房間很老舊也很小，燈光也十分昏暗！
衞生間巨小！酒店空調也不制暖，晚上比較冷！
我入住時候是晚上，酒店前台個別服務人員態度不好，説話也十分不友好和不耐煩
酒店唯一的好處就是離熱海近些。其它就沒什麼值得入住的原因了，
景區遊覽車也衹是把遊客從酒店送到景區而已，不是熱海的景區的遊覽車！送的温泉票也衹能在美女池泡，谷浴室温泉是不能用的。

每位服務人員，是“每一位”，都是那麼的平和友善，與大城市裡五星酒店的、培訓過的刻板禮貌，完全不同。
深切感受到：她們是發自內心的、質樸的，有温度的服務，真是暖暖的感覺…
有任何問題，她們都儘可能的解決，生怕打擾客人或服務不周……
這裏的服務，真就像那裡的空氣與水，天然純凈……
這個服務的軟實力，大大彌補了微微陳舊的設施…

酒店擁有的天然地熱資源獨一無二。房間設計擺設雅緻，設施先進實用，環境整潔衞生。幾位管家，餐廳的各位主管和服務人員特別周到親切。尤其春節值班的管理團隊在應急處理上高效，負責。讓我們身處異鄉的人在突然身體不適的時候感到温暖和關心。特別感謝！非常舒適的春節旅行，美好的回憶！

住景區其實性價比很高，省了温泉票和門票、電瓶車票，温泉也是無限次泡，酒店服務態度很到位，房間不算新但很大，設施齊全，房間的用水應該也是温泉水，晚上美女池這裏雖然衹有米線餌絲，但是很好吃（吃正餐需要聯繫電瓶車送到下面，爬山+泡完根本不想動😂） 比起大滾鍋排隊照相的人山人海，還是多泡温泉更有體驗感，騰沖的温泉名不虛傳。ps，節前人不算多，夜場基本算獨享超大私湯❤

酒店坐落在熱海景區裏，環境幽靜，去大滾鍋節約了一半路程，去的時候比較早，酒店也辦理了入住，去美女池衹需要走五分鐘。酒店雖然較舊，但是衞生乾淨，服務到位，加上景區門票和温泉票真的很划算了！

我們住在酒店可以享受、熱海景區門票，景區遊覽車，户外温泉暢泡（不限次數）。
酒店雖然有點老但是維護的很好，所以我們時隔四年又再次入住。真正的硫磺温泉♨
