"Good standard large rooms"

"La posizione era bella. La camera era pulita e la sua sarebbe molto comoda. Abbiamo mangiato anche nel ristorante, che era bello. Hanno anche una buona selezione di birra sul tappeto."

"Dove iniziare con questo? Prima ho chiesto di annullare, perché veniva sotto con i sintomi di COVID. Ramada Telford non sembrava preoccuparsi di questo, però, la richiesta è stata rifiutata (nessuna offerta di un altro soggiorno, o rimborso parziale, niente). Mi sentivo meglio, e deciso di viaggiare. Nel check-in (e nel sito web, foto attaccato) non mi è stato detto niente sulla piscina che era fuori servizio. Mi sembrava. Non c'era alcuna offerta di rimborso completo o parziale. Niente. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è entrato con una buona volontà. Parla a alcune persone (in appresso denominate) per posta elettronica e basicamente dicendo ”non possono fare nulla” e ”è colpa del viaggio” che il sito web non rifletteva che la loro piscina fosse fuori uso dal dicembre. Affidabile servizio clienti, strutture non disponibili. EVOID EVOID! Specialmente cattivo servizio via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen"

"Buona posizione pulita e temida"

"We stayed for 3 nights in a Privilege King Room. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfy; the duvet was slightly too warm. The TV was an impressive size. Wi-fi could be a lot better. The shower had good water pressure. The room came with empty bottles of conditioner and body lotion. We didn't use the swimming pool facilities, but they looked impressive. The bar was reasonably priced; 2 bottles of Rekorderlig for £8, cheaper than our local. Staff could do with a major attitude change. We mentioned to reception that we were missing items from the bathroom (conditioner and body lotion), and the receptionist told us that they would bring some up. They still didn't bring this, so we mentioned it again later on. We were advised that they had spoken with housekeeping, who had advised that they had refilled the bottles, which they hadn't. We ordered housekeeping for the following day, but they came late and were extremely rude. They didn't do much of what was needed. The floor wasn't hoovered, and the tea, coffee, and sugar were just thrown on the tray next to the kettle. The fire alarm went off early in the morning, and we were not advised of the alarm being tested. We were extremely unhappy about this, as it woke us up."

"I stayed here with 2 others for 2 nights to attend an event. It was perfect for our needs. Very nice room that was exceptionally clean and a fantastic walk-in shower. Having lots of parking and being near lots of shops and restaurants was very helpful. It was very easy to walk to places I needed to be. Breakfast was good! Nothing exceptional but the continental selection did the job and despite limited hot food I could still make myself some nice bacon sandwiches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and would definitely stay again!"

"The swimming pool was nice. The service was good. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was around £50 (two courses) and the food was nice as well. If you are IHG member, you can check out at 12 noon."
