I loved the hotel and hotel location. It is very central and easy to commute from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to highlight Igor and Halyna - who look after floor 8 and 4. They are amazing! So attentive, so friendly and so passionate and committed to their jobs. I have never met such dedicated people. They made me feel at home! I would come back just to be looked after by them

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. Congrats and many thanks for a much valued and needed stay!

Чудесное место. Отель очень удобный в расположении. Рядом рынок, транспорт, море. Джакузи и шезлонги на крыше. Отличное место, когда непогода на море. На ресепшн ”комплимент” для посетителей: кофе, сладости, шампанское. Очень приятно. Жаль, не было завтрака, который входил бы в предоставленную стоимость. Персонал вежливый, не навязчивый. Очень признательна менеджеру, который помог в поиске необходимого номера. Денис очень милый молодой человек и очень внимателен к запросам при заселении. Очень благодарна за содействие. В скором времени планирую также здесь остановиться. Присматриваю удобные даты.

Vorrei ringraziare tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel, che è un hotel fantastico e molto raccomandato che molte persone non sanno nemmeno, perché tutti sanno solo tel aviv, ma consiglio molto questo hotel di servizio fantastico, pulito, pulito, e grazie speciali al personale, Osher, Michal, Yanir e Ziv, e al resto del personale incredibile in tutti i dipartimenti, grazie per l'ottima e incredibile esperienza dell'hotel, consiglierei molto questo hotel senza secondo pensiero. Mi piace davvero tornare a questo hotel e personale fantastico che ti fa tornare di nuovo, grande e grande grazie a tutti

Sicuramente la manutenzione non esiste,negli alberghi ,per lo meno a 4 stelle a Tel Aviv.Diciamo che il calcare o le guarnizioni usate ,le macchie ,non gli appartengono!Un front Office che funziona malissimo con stagisti messi lì senza tutor o che ci sono e fanno altro,insomma i referenti non intervengono ad aiutare neanche quando un check in dura più di 30 minuti.Per no parlare della mia richiesta per una fattura ,un conto unico su due camere diverse ho passato li un’ora la prima volta,un’ora la seconda volta.Ancora a oggi dopo mie mail di richiesta piuttosto dire ,non ho avuto nulla.Insomma ostaggio delle loro incompetenze 😡

La struttura è molto confortevole e confortevole, ma è molto confortevole. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno è dotato di buone strutture, con WiFi rapida. La nostra unica domanda è che il fumo è consentito sul tetto superiore terrazzo, quindi siamo stati esposti a un sacco di fumo passivo durante il colazione.

Un'accoglienza piuttosto ordinaria è quello che riceverai dalla reception, l'uomo è persino andato così lontano da dire che non gli piaceva la zona. Arriviamo quindi al nostro baccello alle 15:00 ed è sporco dall'ultima persona. La reception quindi ci dà il pod e la chiave di qualcun altro, ma non regola il sistema, quindi a metà del nostro soggiorno siamo rimasti bloccati fuori dal nostro pod. Le strutture sono ok, ma rumorose per come è costruita. La posizione è ottima e i panorami ancora meglio. Vorrei solo che il servizio potesse migliorare.

L'hotel è consigliato da amici, molto vicino all'acido nucleico, e cammina per pochi minuti.Tommy, che gestisce la reception quando si ferma, è un ragazzo con una barba grande. È molto professionale. Il colazione dell'hotel ha un foglio di carta e altre informazioni. Ha anche detto l'accento. L'inglese è molto standard e non ha un'accento. Il mio acido nucleico lo ha stampato e ha funzionato bene.Per la prima volta ho prenotato un'auto all'aeroporto con gett, il conducente non mi ha contattato in anticipo e gli ha chiesto cosa fare. Ha detto che il conducente israeliano non avrebbe contattato molto presto. Se non fosse venuto, mi avrebbe chiamato l'auto all'aeroporto e mi avrebbe rassicurato. Le strutture della stanza sono ancora complete, dovrebbero essere tutte e sono dotate di un tappeto di peso.La qualità del colazione è online, ci sono alcuni piccoli pasti leggeri al novesimo piano della sera. I clienti del negozio possono essere usati gratuitamente. Le persone che perdono peso non vogliono uscire a cena. Risolverlo qui, risparmiare soldi.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Armon Yam durante la nostra visita 4-day a Israele, e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. L'hotel è vecchio ma ristrutturato e pulito, la camera è grande e confortevole, il bagno era spazioso. Servino un rispettabile colazione al mattino. Il personale era amichevole e utile.Abbiamo incontrato il manager, Talia, mentre faceva colazione, e lei si è assicurata che ci fosse cura di noi e ci ha offerto un colazione gratuito. Questo hotel non è nel quartiere turistico, se si vuole unirsi a un tour di giorno, si deve permettere il tempo per un viaggio in autobus o taxi a uno dei grandi hotel, come Sheraton, per essere preso al mattino. Il bus si ferma a pochi passi dall'hotel.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle.
