I was very, very comfortable throughout my stay the room included *fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove, mini fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlert washing up liquid, sponges, plates, bowls,cutlery * SmArt TV connects you to youtube, netflix etc *Modern shower and toilets. *Air con Overall I would highly recommend the stay, the room was cleaned to a very high standard and they restocked the toiletries. I booked and paid for a studio apartment. Because I arrived on a flight at 1.30am I was given a back packers type room and told they were fully booked. The room was not clean and did not have a view nor the kitchette I had paid for. There were not even any glasses or coffee cups to drink from. I was so dissapointed and neither the hotel nor ******* responded to my email about the issue . Please beware of this hotel. They will scam you. The only good thing about it is the location.

There are several properties under this umbrella. I stayed at the Raphael Hotel and my sister stayed at the Residence Suites across the courtyard. These are basic, no frills accommodations. The room at the Raphael is small but very clean. They provide a microwave, fridge and cutlery and dishes. My room had a very nice balcony with an obstructed view of the beach which made sitting outside pleasant. My sister's room was larger with a sink as well as the microwave etc. The location is, literally, steps from the beach. You can hear the music and the partying in the evenings. Helpful staff. The street is undergoing construction and made it difficult for the taxis to find.
