Hotel in zona Rixy club, Tekirova

First of all, the location is excellent. Just a 10-minute walk to the center of Kiris or a 10-minute bus ride, with the bus stopping right in front of the hotel for just one euro. The hotel describes itself as family-friendly, and it definitely lives up to that title. The aquapark is a real hit: plenty of slides, a wave pool, and entertainment that will delight both kids and adults. The evening shows are very well organized at the water park, so they don't disturb those who prefer to sleep. Very clever! Access to the beach is another strong point. It's easy to reach, with sunbeds always available, even during peak season. The wellness facilities, like the free sauna and Turkish bath, are also a major plus. I highly recommend trying them out. As for the rooms, there’s nothing to complain about. They are spacious, very clean, and meticulously cleaned every day. The minibar is well-stocked with soft drinks. And the staff?A big thank you to Ms. Oumran and Mr. Abdesseamad, who go out of their way to help in any language. But there's a big downside, and that's the food. The restaurant management, whether for breakfast or dinner, is far from the level of a 5-star hotel It's a shame because everything else is nearly perfect. Due to this issue, I can only give it 4 stars.

Hotel located in Kiris, 7 km from Kemer. Quite high, beautiful mountains nearby. The hotel is well suited for families with children, but can be attractive to anyone. The majority are families with children, especially from Poland, Russia and Turkey. Three large ship buildings separated from the former Daima resort. Rooms of good quality, clean, on the lowest floors with access to private pools. The rooms were cleaned every day by nice staff. Within the hotel there is one large swimming pool, 150 cm deep, for everyone and next to it there is a small paddling pool for the youngest. Deckchairs are occupied from 7:00 a.m. It happened to us that someone stole towels placed on the sun loungers. However, guests can use the extensive Kingdom of Sea water park across the street with numerous swimming pools and attractions. There are slides for children and adults with varying degrees of difficulty, including those for the more experienced. There is also a large snorkeling area with sunken columns, statues, a vestigial coral reef and lots of fish, such as rays, to watch. There is also a separate swimming pool with several sharks swimming in it. There is also a closed area with a free river and exotic birds, but it costs 70 lira per person. There are enough sun loungers around the pools in the park. There are also animations for children in the park, every day around 9 p.m. and then for adults. The animators are rather weak and it is difficult for them to encourage tourists to have fun together. During the week, there are only single performances by professional artists, mainly games led by hotel animators. At the bar, you usually have to wait a few minutes while the drinks are poured carelessly by unpolite bartenders. Poor quality alcoholic beverages, including beer. There's a foam party next door every few days. From the water park there is direct access to the beach and the sea. The beach is first rocky and sandy, then rocky. Water footwear necessary. Enough sun loungers. After a few meters of rocky bottom, the sea gets deep, but you can go snorkeling and see some interesting fish in the clear water. The hotel has a poolside bar and a lobby bar open 24 hours a day. Ice cream every evening. There is pretty good internet access in the clean and air-conditioned lobby. The spa offers many massages, quite inexpensive ones, a gym and a hairdresser. In the large main restaurant, especially during lunch and dinner, as in the employee canteen, you have to queue for attractive dishes. The selection of meals is very large, although repetitive. The meat is mainly poultry and various luncheon meats. Meats and vegetables grilled at a separate stand are good. The waiters are good at clearing the tables. There is a fixed menu for breakfast, although there is a large selection of cheeses, vegetables, eggs, omelettes and pancakes. There are numerous shops not far from the hotel, but the selection of goods is rather poor. For larger shopping, it is worth going to Kemer, 7

Un grande hotel apartamentale! Con un rating onesto sul bucking. Se siete con 2-3 bambini, e la van ha bisogno di spazio per camera, pulizia, silenzio e foresta dietro la porta, voi qui. E per ordine: Pulizia nelle camere e sul territorio, spaziosa camera a due livelli - in realtà due camere in cima e un grande studio cucina con balcone al fondo - dove ho dormito:-), eccellente piscina pulita e confortevole (puoi nuotare in grande e guardare il bambino in una piccola piscina combinata), cura attenta per rispettare tutte le cose - grazie Zoryan, lei è una brava ragazza rispondente . L'atmosfera generale tranquilla degli ospiti (siamo probabilmente i più rumorosi :-) è le famiglie con i bambini, i nostri giocati in piscina con i partner di Mosca. Trasferimento dall'hotel alla spiaggia, grandi e necessarie strutture con i bambini. esperienza in alberghi apartamentali, dal primo minuto di visitare si sente la pensabilità degli appartamenti e territori che, naturalmente, il merito dei proprietari dell'hotel, grazie a loro, abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi con la famiglia in agosto 2021 Buking on Bucking, L'esame è rimasto lì, ma qui, grazie, duplicate l'aparthotel molto piacevole.

Terrible place to stay. Staff rude, we were given a room totally different room from what we booked, when speaking to reception not very interested in resolving the issues. Room had no power when we arrived, smelt of cigaretre smoke for 4 days, room door didn't lock on first attemp to close every time. All inclusive - food very basic, no signage to say what the food was and no allergen info. Only alcohol available on all inclusive was beer and wine! Shocking selections. The room was old, tired, dirty, single blanket on a double bed, missing bed side lamp making the room very dark in the evening, holes in wall, mouldy silicone and grout in the bathroom, shower curtain filthy and full of holes, shower head also broken which took 2 days for them to fix.... obviously broken for a long time as bathroom ceiling was stained and paint was peeling off. Service card put on the door 2 days and room not cleaned, 1 day the bin was emptied, the next the bed was changed, no proper cleaning whatsoever and all bathroom chrome was tarnished and water marked. Dirty laundry trolley parked outside our room blocking fire stairs every evening and full of dirty linen, bedroom corridors not cleaned either. Location is in the middle of nowhere where so you have to take take taxi's everywhere, no entertainment what so ever.

Nermin - un bel manager di hotel sorridente, dopo aver saputo che il nostro aereo sta per partire tardi di notte, ha permesso di riposare sul territorio dell'hotel e persino di cenare, anche se non abbiamo più pagato per cena. Oguz Kaan è un amministratore della ricetta, molto attento e attento (peraltro, è difficile imparare il russo e già buone comunicazioni in russo). L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina molto pulita, una zona interna ben progettata isolata dal mondo esterno di alberi verdi spesso. Il soffitto dispone di sauna, marmellata, bagno turco - una visita agli ospiti dell'hotel è gratuita su ordine preordinario. Ogni giorno, acqua, tè, caffè da una macchina da caffè, succo sono gratuiti. Il cibo è una tavola ”svedese”, una varietà di piatti di prodotti di alta qualità. Il pane e la pasticceria sono prodotti da loro. Le camere sono piccole ma tutte in ordine perfetto e in purezza sterile. Pulizia su richiesta dei residenti. Alcune balconi vanno alla piscina. L'intera infrastruttura turistica di Kemer è in accesso passo per passo dall'hotel.

Arrived here on July 5 , as we checked in firstly the lady at the front counter didn’t have change for my USD she gave me back in Turkish currency which wasn’t ideal for us but didn’t have any choice. After checking in we waited 30-40 minutes past the time they said we could check in at. When we finally got into our room it was hot the floor was still wet from cleaning. There was still hair on the floor. The balcony door didn’t lock, there was some sort of meat bones on the balcony.. maybe from someone feeding the cats 🤷‍♂️ Was greatly disappointed being we paid good money to stay here. The breakfast was very colorful but the fruit had zero taste. Not sure if this is a common thing in Turkey but disappointed with the breakfast. Staff was fine except there was a guy working here that kept flirting with me!! Firstly I’m here with my wife who is six months pregnant and secondly I’m not GAY!! Every time I’d leave the pool area and head to my room he would follow me out. One time he even followed me up and knocked on our door.. when I answered he looked confused and didn’t really know what to say just stood there and was like aaahhh do you need new towels… no I don’t need fricken towels I’ve been here only two days… overall me and my wife were greatly disappointed!! Not worth the money:

Un bel posto! Molto accoglienti case con un ambiente molto bello. La terrazza con un divano confortevole e candele contribuisce a un bel tempo di sera. Sulla terra di conigli e galline. C'è una piscina e un bagno. A piedi sulla spiaggia 5 minuti. La spiaggia è deserta e molto spaziosa - meravigliosa. L'hotel ha una propria posizione sulla spiaggia. Il maestro è spirituale e sempre felice di aiutare.
