Nirvana Dolce Vita - Ultra All Inclusive

Все было достойно. Номер чистый, большой (не хватало розеток возле кроватей). Удобная гардеробная. Питание хорошее (без очередей, все докладывалось), алкоголь если заказывать самим то тоже (через официанта приносят не всегда оригинал). Цена=качество. Если удалось забронировать по норм цене, то советую.

Dear Bella Gusto Team, dear Ayse, dear Gökalp, dear Chef Samet, Thank you so much for having us this evening at your à la carte restaurant and treating us to Italian cuisine. I truly felt like I had taken a journey through the heart of Italy. A special shoutout goes to Chef Samet, who prepared an outstanding menu for us – from artichokes to the meat dishes and the pizza, made with a dough whose yeast had rested for over a week. Even as an olive oil professional and expert, I must say: the olive oil was excellent, and the Kalamata olives, smoked in the oven, were the cherry on top of the culinary cake. All in all, I’m truly grateful to have enjoyed such a wonderful meal today. I’ve visited many à la carte restaurants in hotels before, and I have to say – this one has been an absolute favorite for me personally so far. I can’t speak for the other à la carte restaurants in this hotel, but when it comes to the Italian one – it was outstanding. Our family (4 adults and a child) returned to Nirvana Dolce Vita for the third time, drawn by its private beach and beautiful sea views. We booked a two-week stay, but regretfully, this experience was nothing like our previous visits. Overcrowded and Underwhelming October typically marks the end of the season, but the hotel was overcrowded, making this year’s experience far more frustrating than in the past. Despite being repeat guests, we found ourselves disappointed at nearly every turn. Rooms: Outdated and Noisy We arrived early and had to wait a long time for our rooms to be cleaned. When they were finally ready, no one informed us, and we had to inquire ourselves at the reception. The room we were given was on the first floor, facing a stone-covered balcony rather than the sea. Worse, one of our rooms was located near an area where concerts and discos are held at night, making it extremely noisy. After two days, we were moved to a quieter, higher-floor room, closer to the one we stayed in during our last visit. However, the rooms themselves are badly in need of renovation. Many items were broken, and the bathroom had visible mold and a damp smell. Housekeeping was subpar throughout our stay, with noticeable cleanliness issues. Food: Disappointing and Unsanitary The food this year was a major letdown. It was tasteless, lacked variety, and unfortunately, every member of our family experienced stomach issues during our stay. The service at the dining areas was unhelpful at best—staff members were not very friendly, and we often found it faster to bring something ourselves. Meal times were chaotic, with long queues and trays often empty when we reached the buffet. Finding a table was also difficult, and even simple requests like water for our child were ignored or delayed. On several occasions, we had to ask for basic items like teaspoons, and sometimes they never arrived. Once I requested a dirty spoon to be replaced, and the waiter never returned. Additionally, one of the recently renovated restaurant halls was constantly filled with flies, making the dining experience unpleasant. We also noticed that the white wine served at the general restaurant tasted completely different (and much worse) than the same brand served from the same bottle at their other restaurants, Fellini and Sea Club. Health and Hygiene: Serious Concerns Perhaps the most concerning issue was the hotel’s unsanitary conditions, which seemed to contribute to the spread of rotavirus. Within the first week of our stay, all of us, including our child, fell ill, which ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. This wasn’t the first time we’ve encountered illness during a stay at Nirvana Dolce Vita, but it was the most significant. We travel an lot and have never had such health issues at other hotels, particularly when traveling with a child. I really like the hotel the service was great and food was amazing, the room number was very beautiful and always clean, the beach was so good I really like to spend the time there, also I want to pay attention to the animation the stuff was very friendly and funny, lobby assistant are also very friendly and are ready to solve any of your problems, I hope I will get back here soon !
