Rai Premium Tekirova - Ex Queen's Park Tekirova

We like this hotel. Very clean, good service, tasty, varied food, Cool Aquarark, beautiful area. We had a fun time. We rode a banana and a parachute. Thanks to everyone who worked there for us. We'll be back. I recommend it to everyone! The room was cleaned every day. The waiters are polite and caring.

It was a very good holiday and I enjoyed it. Olga was super good. We had great time with table tennis tournaments and I enjoyed football games with kids from the hotel. All games were very interesting. We played Uno cards as well and that was super interesting.

For this vacation, we chose the same hotel for the second time, Rai Premiuim Tekirova. And we were not mistaken. We, the children, as well as other family members (grandparents and friends) liked everything - food, rooms, area, sea, staff. The evening's entertainment also lived up to expectations. I highly recommend it for rest and recreation with children and family.

Here is amazing. workers are very kind❤️. All day we can join many activities, play games, I especially like to do yoga every morning and Boccia every afternoon, by night you have wonderful show and disco to dance and so on. The food is tasty, drinks also fresh and good. You can enjoy yout holidays here in very clean rooms also, everything was perfect, thanks to Rai premium for those holidays!!!

Me and my family stayed here during the summer.The staff was amazing,the food wad good,the rooms were amazing,the hotel was super clean,the aquapark was amazing there were plenty of sildes for kids and for adults.Over all i suggest this hotel

The hotel's food is great, but one of the better things is the drinks and service at the bar. Rahmi is one of the most important people of the hotel. He is very specialised and professional. Meet him when you go. By the way, it is really one of the best hotels you can see in the region.

Stayed in the hotel with our friends and family for 1 week, here is our list of Pros and Cons. Pros: * Rooms: The rooms were overall very good and clean. They provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. * Staff: The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, always smiling, and supportive. Our interactions with everyone were positive, especially with the bar manager, Elmaz. Thank you, Elmaz, for your outstanding service. * Events: The hotel offers a wide range of events for both kids and adults, ensuring that everyone has something to enjoy and stay entertained. * Food: There was a wide variety of food options available throughout the day, catering to every taste. Cons: * Guests: Unfortunately, 8 out of 10 Russian-speaking guests were quite impolite towards the staff. There were frequent instances of offensive and insulting comments, no 'please' or 'thank you,' which did spoil the overall good vibe a bit. To the staff's credit, they handled these situations very well. * Events: There was a lack of information available regarding the event schedule. There was only one spot where event details could be found. It would be helpful to have QR codes with the list of events available around the hotel (similar to how bar menus were provided) so that information is easily accessible. As first-time visitors, we only discovered the event details on the third day of our stay. * Rooms upon Arrival: When we arrived at 11:30 AM, the 'Guest Managers' sitting next to the reception tried to sell us a room for an extra cost, stating that our booked rooms wouldn't be available until 2 PM. After checking the offered rooms and not liking them, we declined the offer. Upon speaking with the reception, we found out that our initially booked rooms were already prepared and had a better view than the ones offered for extra cost. This felt like an attempt to scam us out of extra money. Such unfair practices should be stopped. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but addressing these cons would significantly enhance the guest experience.
