Exactly as the pictures depict, if not better. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful views over the sea, estuary and rooftops, modern, delightfully furnished with superb finishing touches, everything you could possible want is in this apartment. I could not fault it. Everywhere was simply so easier to walk to plus a bonus of somewhere to park, literally around the corner for free.

Stayed in Penthouse 3. Absolutely fantastic place. Excellent facilities, immaculate and clean. Bright, light and with fabulous views. Great central location with private parking nearby and easy access. Would 100% recommend these apartments.

From the moment we stepped into the Penthouse we were blown away. It is such a fabulous place. Everything was perfect, the beds were so comfy, pillows lovely too, I am very fussy with my pillows. Everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We even managed to cook a roast dinner for 6 people as the kitchen was so well equipped. The Penthouse was immaculate and the outdoor space and views were amazing. Emma was a great host and gave us all the information we needed. I will definitely come back again when we are down that neck of the woods. Thank you so much for making our special weekend even more special.

Fantastic spacious accommodation, with a great location. Very well equipped kitchen highly recommend if your planning a holiday in Teignmouth in Devon. There`s lots to see and do in the area whether a family, couple, or travelling alone.

Returning again for another family holiday to the Riviera Apartments in Teignmouth. Emma and her team have made improvements to the Apartment this year with a refreshed en-suite in the master bedroom with rain head shower and larger cubicle. New plants positioned around the living area alongside other soft furnishing updates keep the living area bang up to date. Visited again on carnival week which gives the added benefit of live music and fireworks from the balcony to enhance the holiday. It feels inconceivable considering going somewhere else for our family summer holiday, so we have booked again for 2024.

We booked Riviera Apartments to enable ailing family members to have a well earned rest as both of them are seriously unwell. My wife & I have stayed here several times before. The place is delightful, immaculate & has everything needed for outdoor walking or indoor relaxing. The staff are excellent. Thank you Emma & the team.

We have used these apartments for about 6 years now in November to celebrate my birthday and cannot fault anything to do with them. We have always found them clean to top standards and everything you need is there. The view is to die for and the sun rise directly in front of the building is brilliant. We have already discussed next years November return .

We stayed here in early December 2022 for a weekend break with family. Walking in on a cold day to a warm, stunning apartment with views to die for, top notch furnishings, bedding and squeaky clean. The decorated Christmas tree was an unexpected delight. We honestly could not fault our stay at all. It was a pleasure to make use of the kitchen and with the view, it made for a lovely family catch up. A great place for friends or family. We will be back (in fact we have just booked another stay). Thank you Emma also for the communication and being so understanding when we had to postpone our stay.
