Bamboo Junction Resort - Kanatal, Valley & Mountain View

Outside the Room view is Good but inside the Bamboo room there were lots of Spider and insects…Spiders size was 3 inches approx and it was so horrible.

Rooms are neat and clean. But food quality was poor. Car parking was also a big problem. Staff members are very cooperative.

Horrible experience, tv sets were not working, staff service was appalling, no basic amenities, would not recommend anyone to book this property. The intercom too was not working. A horrendous experience staying at this property

Our experience of visiting dhanaulti was good all over. Thanks to bamboo junction resorts for serving us with beautiful candle light dinner for me and my wife it was a serene view and the staff + service was 10\10. Specially the manager dinesh rangra was very sweet and helping.

We were a group of 10 persons and took 3 cottages which were not prepared even after 20 days pre-booking time. Even after our request to give us 3 rooms together, we got rooms away from each other. We reached at 4pm still the rooms were not cleaned properly. On questioning, the reception guy told us that the housekeeping girl got injured. The list of complaints kept increasing and they had excuses for everything. The best thing about the place is its location in terms of beautiful view. But as soon as you enter the village area, you will be completely cut off as the phone signals will go off. The resort says it has wifi which was not available for a single minute in our 2 nights -3 days stay. There was no power most of the times. In fact we had to give our buckets to get hot water for bathing. One or two hiccups can still be adjusted to but the stay was full of hiccups. The property is also understaffed due to which they are always running and the food orders are delayed even after giving meal order 3 hrs in advance. The property is not at all maintained nor are the fixtures and furnishings inside the room. At the time of booking, we were told breakfast will be buffet but they could not provide the same. Leave any luxury part, but even necessities are inaccessible here. To cut it short this place is not meant for vacations but may be good if you have to punish someone. Please avoid this as there better properties in the same location.

Good experience. Service is very quick and food was tasty, vishwajeet cooperated very well with us. Resort is perfectly located at middle of mountains few kilometres ahead from main market property is as beautiful as place... Thank you for hospitality will visit once again soon
