My recent stay at The Westin Himalayas was nothing short of spectacular, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and the breathtaking serenity of the mountains. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of calm that truly defines a Himalayan getaway. Unforgettable Location and Serenity: The location is undeniably one of the hotel's strongest assets. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the views are simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation. Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch: Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Had an awesome experience at the lap of Himalayas. The weather was amazing and the view from the balcony made it feel like we were floating in the clouds. Had the premium garden view rooms and it was truly world-class. Amenities: Infinity pool, Spa, arcade, kids play area all were well maintained and exceeded expectations. My kid was engaged throughout the stay with stuff like craft making, Diya painting, Zumba etc. Food: Food spread and quality was truly top class. The staff was polite, courteous and went the extra mile to make our experience extra special. Shout out to Ms Ishita at Akasa. The F&B manager Mr. Rohit Joshi is a knowledgeable person and very well versed with the local cuisine. We were served the authentic Garhwali thali and the Garhwali chai and it was very delicious. Please check with him the local places to visit and he will help you plan it very well. Ravi at Akasa Resturant looked after us well and served a thank you chocolate mud cake slice to our son on the last day. The evening hi- tea had engaging sessions like muffin making, mocktail making which the kids enjoyed thoroughly every evening. It’s experiences like these which truly made the stay a memorable one. It’s now my one of the fav places to take the family on a vacation.
