Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel grande di Teheran con la mia famiglia. Prenotammo per vacanza Noroz, seguendo tradizioni molto buone. Eravamo rimasti diversi anni fa e di nuovo qui abbiamo visto l'hotel è stato ristrutturato con molta attenzione e abbiamo goduto di servizi.

L'hotel era davvero pulito e il personale indossava bene. Il colazione era buono. Io e il mio amico siamo rimasti lì per due notti e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Le donne che lavorano alla reception erano grandi e amichevole. Lei aiuta sempre. Il bagno era pulito anche le tute pulite. Io consiglio alle persone di visitarla. Naturalmente, se torno a Teheran, prenoterò di nuovo in questo hotel.

Tutti noi potremmo accettare che i difetti siano parte integrante della vita anche durante il viaggio. Quindi dobbiamo essere pazienti e cercare di migliorare. Durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, ho affrontato grandi esperienze umanistiche. Ho visto che il personale aiuta gli adulti, prestare attenzione ai bambini e rispettare le famiglie. Ho soggiornato due notti per scopi commerciali. Ho avuto un piccolo problema prima della mia riunione di affari. Sono stato così preoccupato e ho mostrato il mio sentimento al personale collegato. appena dopo 7 minuti, il problema è stato risolto.Quando sono andato a controllare, il personale mi ha detto che siamo così dispiaciuti per il problema che hai affrontato e cercheremo di offrire un grande servizio nella prossima volta. Il mio comportamento è stato così prezioso e mi è stato ricordato. Certo, tornerò a questo hotel per il suo amichevole personale e la sua gestione responsabile.

Vorrei condividere il mio soggiorno memorabile e confortevole all'Hotel Eskandar. Inizialmente, il design è così affascinante che non si può ignorare! Tutto solo canta a te. Il servizio di accoglienza, il lobby, il colore delle camere e il bagno sono tutti scelti per dare il senso di sicurezza e rifugio. Per quanto riguarda le strutture della camera, c'è una TV a schermo piatto, un piccolo frigo con alcune bevande e snack, una scatola sicura e il servizio Wi-Fi. Il bagno era davvero pulito, ma un po' piccolo. Il servizio in camera è veloce e il menu ha diverse opzioni. Il colazione non era meno grande che le loro opzioni per ogni gusto! In generale questo hotel è paragonabile a alcuni hotel a cinque stelle anche meglio della maggior parte di loro.

L'hotel ha un vantaggio: la posizione. Sembra poca cosa ma essendo a Teheran (15 milioni di abitanti) dove tutti gli hotel di 5 stelle si trovano fuori dalla città, la caratteristica di questo albergo diventa importante. Per il resto, tranne la hall di ingresso, molto piacevole, c'è poco da dire di positivo. Le camere sono amplie certamente ma che cosa dire dei bagni? Bagni così piccoli non mi è capitato di vederli nemmeno in hotel di seconda categoria e credo che in questo albergo non mancasse lo spazio. Gli aspetti più negativi sono però due: il servizio e la colazione al mattino. Il servizio è praticamente inesistente. La cosa peggiore è che in teoria il personale preposto ci sarebbe ma non fa quello che dice o non esiste fisicamente sul posto di lavoro. Per esempio esiste il banco Concierge ma la persona preposta non c'è mai. Si viene invitati a rivolgersi alla Reception per qualsiasi richiesta ma il personale a qualsiasi domanda inerente la città, la posizione dei musei o gli orari di apertura delle varie attrazioni turistiche, ecc... risponde con assoluto candore che ”non lo sa”. E tutto finisce li. Perchè oltre alla gentilezza e cortesia, tipica di tutto il popolo persiano, il personale della reception non fa altro e non si impegna neppure per risolvere alcun problema. Una volta poi arrivati alla sala colazione, servita in un piacevole ambiente all'ultimo piano (a proposito date uno sguardo alla pulizia dei vetri per capire!) sembra di doversi dimenticare completamente di trovarsi in un albergo 5 stelle. Pochissima la scelta della colazione continentale e addirittura inesistente quella dolce. Comune caratteristica la qualità molto bassa del cibo. Che dire poi, per finire, del fatto che gli operai che ricostruivano l'ultimo piano dell'hotel (credo il 13o) avessero il permesso di usare lo stesso ascensore dei clienti? Troppo difficile riservarne uno agli operai e gli altri ai clienti? Questione prezzo: il prezzo è basso ovviamente anche perchè chi arriva dall'estero puà godere di un tasso di cambio favorevole. Ma se valutiamo il livello reale della struttura, la sua posizione e il servizio generale, il prezzo è tutt'altro che economico. La domanda poi è un'altra. Esiste di meglio a Teheran? Purtroppo...

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . I recently stayed at the heritage hostel in Tehran and had an amazing time. Zabi, one of the workers at the hostel, was particularly exceptional. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hostel, and especially commend Zabi for his excellent service.
