Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel grande di Teheran con la mia famiglia. Prenotammo per vacanza Noroz, seguendo tradizioni molto buone. Eravamo rimasti diversi anni fa e di nuovo qui abbiamo visto l'hotel è stato ristrutturato con molta attenzione e abbiamo goduto di servizi.

Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

I dipendenti dell'hotel presso la reception erano molto gentili e utili. Purtroppo, ho perso i soldi nella mia stanza, ma l'hotel mi ha fidato e mi ha restituito i soldi persi. Desidero ringraziare tutti i dipendenti che mi hanno aiutato fino alle due di notte a catturare il ladro e a restituire i miei soldi. Questa è la quarta o quinta volta che sono venuto in questo hotel con mia moglie e ora sono rimasto lì per cinque giorni. È stato uno dei migliori hotel che ho soggiornato finora, un hotel pulito con buon accesso nel centro di Teheran, con personale educato e consapevole, con una buona gestione e sensibile alla pulizia e alla soddisfazione dei passeggeri. A parte questo hotel, ho soggiornato in hotel di grado superiore, ma a mio parere, nessuno di loro ha la pace, la pulizia e il senso di soddisfazione di questo hotel, così come l'altro ramo di questo hotel, l'Hotel Eskan sulla Alvand Street, Ecco perché questo hotel è sempre la mia prima scelta. E' stato un alloggio. Lo consiglio ad altri amici

Personale professionale con ospedale eccellente, buono WiFi, Situazione molto buona a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana, Delizioso colazione vicino al museu e grande basar vecchio hotel con camere ristrutturate La ricezione è stata utile per trovare posto per vivere 👍👍👍👍👍

La prima notte, l'ascensore uscì dal vento caldo della casa a destra con aria condizionata centrale. Non ho avuto vento caldo nella casa a sinistra e non ho lavato l'acqua calda.Questo è il giorno dopo.La colazione non è ricca, ma il prezzo di questo hotel è molto economico e la colazione è già buona. Senza pane, cibo, cibo duro e tubo, mangiare direttamente il cibo immobile. Il migliore è mettere le uova di cibo iraniano per la colazione con un piatto duro sul tubo, e il tubo diventa morbido e dolce, e anche il tubo è delizioso.

Le persone dell'hotel erano tutte amichevoli e gentili, e ho pensato che fosse un hotel molto carino che ha gentilmente accettato la mia improvvisa richiesta di prolungare il mio soggiorno! Nel ristorante interno puoi mangiare Ghormeh Sabzi, Geimeh, Morgue e Kebab a prezzi molto economici per 100-150 Toman. La posizione è inserita tra due stazioni della metropolitana, la stazione di Targhani e la stazione di Darvasedaurat, quindi non ho sentito alcun inconveniente nel trasporto.

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . My stay at the heritage hostel in Tehran was truly memorable. The charming atmosphere and beautiful architecture of the hostel made it feel like a unique and authentic experience. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Zabi, Hanef and m rio and also sadaf in particular, was always available and willing to assist me with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a comfortable and culturally rich stay in Tehran

Questo hotel non può essere scalato come un hotel 5-star. Anche se il personale dell'hotel in generale era gentile e committo lì un ricevitore maschile era abbastanza rude da demolire tutti i risultati di tutti gli altri. Il condizionatore d'aria non funzionava abbastanza bene e il direttore esecutivo dell'hotel ha ordinato di aprirlo fino a 7-8 pm quando Teheran è abbastanza freddo per gli anziani. Quando ho chiesto di rispondere, hanno risposto se mi avrebbe dato un riscaldamento elettrico era ok!!! Credo che questo hotel sia un quarto di stelle.
