Questa volta abbiamo alloggiato al terzo piano, il che era molto confortevole. Fuori faceva freddo, ma la stanza era calda e riscaldata. Era un po' secco; i miei calzini lavati si sono asciugati durante la notte. Consiglio di bere molta acqua. Questa volta ho mangiato un sacco di soldi; era quasi una dipendenza, forse adatta al clima secco. Questa settimana si celebra la grande festa tradizionale zoroastriana, simile al nostro solstizio d'inverno, che celebra il passaggio dell'oscurità e l'inizio dell'ascesa dell'energia yang. Ho prenotato una camera con finestra, ma l'hotel mi ha detto che non ce l'aveva. Ci sono volute cinque ore di comunicazione tra l'hotel, Ctrip e l'hotel per ottenere la camera giusta. Ho trascorso ore in una stanza angusta, senza finestre e con la porta ancora aperta. Mi sentivo molto insicuro. È stata un'esperienza terribile in un paese straniero.

Le attrezzature e le strutture della stanza sono vecchie, la rete è molto debole e non può essere coperta completamente. Mi sono trasferito in una stanza più lontana dal router per riuscire a malapena a farlo. L'accesso Wi-Fi è complicato e il tasso di errore è alto.
Servizio scadente, vengono fornite solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno, se vuoi più acqua devi pagare
La vasca da bagno non dispone di tappo, per cui è impossibile fare il bagno

I have been to this hotel before for a business meeting and to use the pool. It wasn’t anything special. The pool was a bit dark, but the meeting area was quiet and peaceful around 9-10 PM. Recently, it seems like the management has changed, and a major renovation has been done. I haven’t been there yet, but I’ve heard good things about it.

We stayed in Parsian Kowsar Tehran for 2 nights. That was a memorable experience for our family. Staff on the reception did their best to help us. They changed our room to new types of room that renovated recently, while we choose cheapest rooms and old types on the booking website.

I was satisfied with the high quality accommodation and dining services. Staff were really polite, kind, and hospitable. I ordered a dish of lamb kebab which was really delicious. There were a variety of items including fresh cooked vegetables and different types of yoghurts. whenever I needed everything, the access to the waitors was really easy and comfortable.

Before I came to this hotel, I thought Parsian Hotel was very good and complete. But I will never forget the bad experience of Parsian Hotel. The food was very average and expensive and the TV did not work in the room and the housekeeper was very Peruvian.
