Espinas Palace Hotel Tehran

It was my second experience in this hotel and it turned to the last one.in 2019 I traveled there it was good but the internet connection was so poor and I have got the most expensive and horrible Vip massage in this hotel.A few days ago I stayed for one night.It was a disaster.First of all, the lady in the reception was so rude did not explain anything.Nobody guide toward my room.I booked king size bed but gave me two separated beds.Then,I wanted to take a bath but it was full of hair from the las person.No slippers in the room ,I even asked for them but did not get any.The internet was horribly slow.The breakfast was too normal for a five star hotel.If you ask me,I would barely give 3 stars to this hotel.They only took care of the appearance of the hotel but only the beauty can not compromise the poor service and unprofessional staff .

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Sevice was not as per expections. Broken shower in the washroom and it was not repaired for 2 days. Make-up service was also not satisfying.

Clean and huge room. Service is so good. Sky Lounge has wonderful food and view.

In the slope , a bit far from city center. But very nice view
