Hanna Boutique Hotel

I would like to share my memorable and comfortable stay at hanna boutique Hotel. To begin, the design is so charming that you can’t ignore it! Every thing just sings to you. The reception desk, the lobby, the color of the rooms and the bathroom are all chosen to give the sense of safety and refuge. The hotel staff are all extremely attentive and polite, who never miss a chance to greet you or take care of your stay. There are a flat screen television, a small fridge with some drinks and snack, a safe box as well as the Wi-Fi service. Adding an electric kettle would definitely complete the room. The bathroom was really clean. The breakfast was nothing less than great as their options for every taste! On the whole this hotel is comparable to some five-star hotels even way better than most of them.

Everything was really perfect and marvellous. all the staff and management are kind and helpful. comfy beds, clean room and good facilities, delicious breakfast and fast service. In a perfect location in Tehran which made it a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at Hanna Boutique Hotel in Tehran for the third time, and unfortunately, it was my worst experience yet. The hotel itself has a charming design, but the quality of service and the way guests are treated is unacceptable—especially for the price they charge. The rooms and toilets were smelly and unpleasant, which made the stay uncomfortable. Only one bottle of water was provided in the room, and when I requested more, they charged me extra. When I raised this issue with the reception, I was spoken to rudely and told, “Everywhere is like this.” Having stayed at many other hotels, I can confidently say this is not true. The worst part was during checkout when they charged me again for the room I had already paid for. I had to insist and show proof of payment before they acknowledged their mistake and refunded me, but not a single word of apology was offered. On a previous stay, I returned to the hotel late in the evening and was told they couldn’t provide fresh towels because it was “too late.” I had to dry myself with tissues, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. For a hotel that advertises itself as a “home for few days” this behavior is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Hanna Boutique Hotel. While the place looks nice, the poor service and lack of basic hospitality make it unworthy of its high prices. I stayed in: Noor, Ojagh, Kaman, Golkhaneh

Henna Boutique Hotel is a unique place where you can experience a combination of art, architecture, history, taste, beauty, delicious foods, and hospitality. A spot in the historical part of Tehran that offers access to most of the city's historical and sightseeing.

I stayed at Hanaa Boutique Hotel for 10 days and enjoyed every single moment. Firstly, the management and staff are all professional and were always welcoming me with genuine smiles and helping me plan my tours every day. Secondly, The building itself is a piece of art that was renovated in a brilliant way welcoming people with that sweet reception which has easy access to a lovely garden and a 5 star restaurant and cafe offering a wide variety of delicious meals and snacks. The hotel has 7 cozy rooms uniquely decorated and providing superior amenities, 2 rooms on the ground floor and 5 rooms on the upper floor (which I prefer more). I really would like to thank each and every single person at Hanna Boutique Hotel for making my trip to Tehran such a pleasant memorable one.

I booked the Konj room for 2 nights and it was like i slept in my own room. Clean, cozy and friendly. It was everything at once. The house keeper lady was really helpful .Good place, really recommend it👌👌 P.s.They have delicious breakfasts.
