"C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~"

"Good location & service. Friendly and hospitable staff. We came at the start and end of our trip (a few days apart) and staff remembered what we shared earlier & made an effort to check in on us. Paid an upgrade for connecting room"

"The hotel is not very cozy, a lot of fuss, you don't want to come back here. The bed is big and comfortable, but the room is dark and the shower is uncomfortable. Also, I was the first day in the country and was late for an event, I asked the hotel staff to help me call a cab, I didn't get any help, I had to walk in the rain to another place in an unfamiliar city, as a result I was an hour late. The location of the rooms is inconvenient, when I tried to leave the hotel I got lost and ended up in some service kitchen. The hotel looks beautiful in the picture, but if I ever find myself in Surabaya again, I will stay somewhere else."

"It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!"

"Pelayanan bagus dan receptionist ramah. AC dingin, sarapan banyak variasi nya dan rasa nya enak. Kamar bersih dan rapi, hanya lantai menjadi dingin karena tidak ada karpet/vinyl dan jendela kurang kedap suara, terdengar suara kendaraan dari luar. Terima kasih Santika 🙏🫰"
