Si può dire che la posizione della vecchia città di Fukushima di Cragen è molto buona e le strutture sono a buon prezzo.

La posizione dell'hotel è vicino al centro di Klagenfurt, che dista a pochi minuti a piedi. Per chi viaggia in auto, vi è un garage pubblico a pochi passi dall'hotel, e il pagamento può essere fatto direttamente alla reception, con un prezzo più conveniente. Non vi è però un accesso diretto dal parcheggio all'hotel. Le camere sono carine e pulite, dotate di tutti gli usuali confort.

La struttura è apparsa da subito, molto accogliente. La camera eccezionale, terrazza con vista lago, camera grande e dotata di ogni confort, ben riscaldata, letto comodo. Spa con tutto quello che ognuno di noi desidera, dalla sauna infrarossi a quella con auffuss, dalla piscina al solarium, alla zona relax, non mancava assolutamente nulla. Per non parlare del parcheggio, comodo e soprattutto dotato di ricarica elettrica per chi ha come me, una vettura completamente elettrica. Sicuramente da ripetere in altre stagioni, peccato per il tempo trovato, de giorni di pioggia ma comunque esperienza positiva con una bella passeggiata intorno al lago (non tutto)

Ci siamo sentiti improbabilmente bene e anche i nostri cani sono stati molto cari e anche ricevuti con un giocattolo e dolcizzature nella stanza. La stanza e l'hotel sono molto puliti. La posizione è bombatico e ben adatto per andare a piedi. Vicino a un sacco di ristoranti, caffè e attività ricreative, l'hotel stesso dispone di una cucina eccellente e di un spettacolare colazione che non si dovrebbe perdere. In ogni caso, ci ripreseremo qui.

Hotel stile moderno. Colazione €19 a persona, per niente economico però devo dire che era tutto di qualità con prodotti per tutti i gusti. Alla reception molto gentili, camera spaziosa e tutto pulito. La zona wellness molto carina, spaziosa con una sauna, bagno turco, sauna infrarossi, tepidarium, due zone con lettini e zona con tisana ed acqua aromatizzata. Aperta ogni giorno fino le 22. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la zona è ottima, a due passi dal lago per passeggiare e 10 min di auto dal centro di Klagenfurt.

We got locked out of our room on the first night, after going out for dinner. As the reception shuts at 8pm, we rung the emergency number on the card, which went to voice mail. We left two messages, to date no one has returned our call, and so we slept on the sofas in the reception! No apology, and after persistence, I got my money back for the night. The hotel needs to review its out of hours procedure. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast good. However I would question whether its really a 4 star venue.
