This is our N times staying at KSL Hotel,unfortunately, the room this time was not satisfactory, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were stains on the toilet seat, which made me afraid to use it. I had to place a piece of tissue on it every time. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it uncomfortable to bath. Furthermore, they did not provide a shower cap.
We’ve stayed here many times but never went down for breakfast. This time, we finally got up early to check it out. The variety was limited, with outdoor seating and basic items like bread and curry. We haven’t tried the hot spring before,maybe we’ll check it out next time.
As regular guests of KSL Resort, we sincerely hope that the management will take our feedback seriously and make improvements.

La camera è pulita! La posizione è ok solo che dobbiamo prendere tutti gli altri luoghi, non cammina a distanza da quei popolari luoghi alimentari nel Monte Austin. E anche noi chiese una chiave di carta, ma dicono che può avere una. Ma ho chiesto decorazioni di compleanno per il mio amico e il personale dell'hotel l'hanno fatto bene, le mani in alto! Posso prenotare di nuovo la prossima volta!

Booked the family suite but was a tad disappointed. It is okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, definitely not for the fussies. Toilet roll holder could not be found but only a tissue dispenser which was not near the toilet bowl but situated next to the sink, making it hard to reach out for it when you need it for your ‘business’. So some planning seriously went wrong here.
This place needs some touching up if possible. Only 1 card key was given. An additional one needs to pay deposit for it.
Redemption was there’s nice food available across the road only.

La stanza era buona, ma come l'hotel era completamente prenotato, mi lasciarono stare al piano terra. Il muro non è una prova sonora. Oltre a noi c'era un bagno pubblico, quindi era così rumoroso la notte quando la gente spruzzava il bagno. Anche durante la notte, molti rumore fuori ci tengono sveglio.In futuro, non può rimanere al pavimento.

Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home.

My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us.
What made this place stands out :
• Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment was clean
• Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless.
• Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen
• The host was readily available and addressed any questions efficiently although it may take some time when you’re in a hurry after a long tiring travelling
A truly fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near the malls.

CCC..My apologies for the blur photo. I didn't take any photos. However, I took a video so I need to screenshot the video for the photos. I had a hard time looking for the place as it's at the corner. The name of the place is Sleepz if my memory is correct. The environment is cozy. I love the privacy that I had. There are also computers that can be used. However, I didn't use it as I will do my work instead of relaxing. Haha. the downside was there were some flying bugs that accompany me as I shower. The aunty and uncle are very friendly as well. I will definitely come back 😁

IInezleeI'd love to give full stars to this hotel but now at 2+am I'm lying wide awake inhaling cigarette smoke either from inconsiderate smokers outside the coridor/puffing in their rooms n somehow got circulated thru the air con? - and I can do nothing about it. I'm also kept awake by the loud engine sounds from cars/bikes along the main road. So book this hotel for its value for money rooms & proximity to Mt Austin, but also be prepared for these lingering smoke stench, alongside dusty floors, aged rooms n small water pressure. During check-in, there was a strong urine/sewage strench in our toilet n our heater was spoilt. However I appreciate the technician for coming down the next morning 8+am to repair it. In short, friendly staff, budget room with good amenities but won't be back.

Se vuoi andare a Tebrau IKEA e AEON. Questo è il giusto hotel, poiché AEON è appena dietro con accesso a breve termine attraverso il parcheggio.
Perché 4 stelle per pulizia? Possiamo sentire il fumo di sigaretta nella stanza dopo l'iscrizione. E dopo aver visto la tavola di sigaretta sul desktop, abbiamo capito che la nostra stanza è il tipo di fumo. Immagino che tutte le camere siano il tipo non fumatore. Dovrei ricordare di chiedere in futuro una stanza non fumatori.
Rimarrà ancora se dovete andare a AEON Tebrau.

UUtente ospiteWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

UUtente ospiteIl condotto d'aria in soggiorno era difettoso. Insoddisfacente in questi pochi giorni quando il tempo era così caldo. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto controllare prima per immergerci nei centri di condotto d'aria. Il riscaldamento in bagno comune non funzionava bene. L'acqua era ancora calda, anche se il contatto del riscaldatore istantaneo era stato fissato a “off”. Dovremmo rimuovere entrambi i capelli/tappi per mescolare l'acqua calda e fredda. Non ci fu fornito sapone di mano, anche se Covid ci ha insegnato a tenere cura dell'igiene.
