一言難盡！有史以來住過的最差的酒店，應該不能用酒店來形容，被褥如圖所見，灰色的，污漬難以形容！面積小，衞生間很窄！如果不是因為太晚了還是在國外，覺得堅決退房。

2 storey many shoplots joined together hotel. Above it are medium cost low rise apartments. Manned by powder-plastered Myanmars .. Recep curt and matter of factly Blanket old & stale. I had to use the shower towel to cover my upper body. Nauseating. W5-8mins to the huge Aeon shopping mall (plenty to eat there) and Toppen Shopping center across Aeon. 1N and no more

The hotel is good for its price but the surrounding is not pedestrian-friendly

The hot water heater was not working and needed a couple of staff to fix it. The basin tap was faulty and splashed water on your clothes when you turned on the tap. The hotel didn't even provide bottled water which is the basic requirement. It provided a tumbler of plain water and left it on the table as drinking water. Will not use this hotel again.

The towels have an odor, fortunately I brought my own. The cleanliness is passable. It's noisy at night, and for two consecutive nights, I've heard numerous loud door slams.

No water bottles provided. Water dispenser is just besides the staircase on Level 2. Toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste & mini shower/shampoo bottles provided. Towels available. Coffee sachets provided. Room quite spacious.
If you want to go to Tebrau IKEA and AEON. this is the right hotel as AEON is just behind with shortcut access through carpark.
Why 4 stars for cleanliness? We can smell cigarette smoke in the room after check-in. And after seeing the cigarette tray on the desk, we realised that our room is the smoking type. I assume that all rooms are non-smoking type. Should remember to request for non-smoking roomin the future.
Will stay again if need to go to AEON Tebrau.
