KSL Hot Spring Resort is Not understanding at all. Especially when I’ve explained and uploaded photo as proof. Still couldn’t get my refund. I’m deeply disappointed and will not attempt to book it again. Luckily have not even stayed as there are poor comment too. :/ FYI: family and I have been looking forward to the trip but was held up at the custom. It’s not a purposely booked and not show up. It involve money to even book why should I even not show up. Well, strongly not recommended.

Stayed here a couple of times. The location is not the most convenient, but it is quieter than the busy areas. There’s a nice hot spring and some amenities like the gym and swimming pool. However, the rooms are a little old and dirty (can tell from the bedsheets). Good value for money nonetheless!

Located in the heart of town, this hotel offers great value with reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. While the Wi-Fi could be faster, the breakfast buffet is excellent, nice gym, the pool and hot spring area are relaxing. A solid choice for a convenient and affordable stay.

Easy check in with trip.com booking confirmation. Reasonable size room. Simple amenities provided in room and toilet. Basic breakfast provided outside hotel near the swimming pool.

Check in and out is convenient. Location is good if you drive. Basic tea coffee and sugar provided. Toilet amenities include showers gel, shampoo and toothbrush set. Simple breakfast provided near the swimming pool outside the hotel. Room is a good size and clean. There is noisy sound in the toilet though. It goes off if I turn off the lights.

This hotel always my first choice when having business trip at JB.

We were somewhat disappointed to hear when we arrived (after getting stuck in traffic for hours from Singapore) that the hot spring spa only operated from 4pm to 10pm (maintenance issues? Previous operating time of 8am to 9pm made more sense). We arrived at 9:45pm and were informed the latest free checkout was 12pm, so there was no chance of using the spa at all. Also, although our booking stated that there was breakfast for 2 guests and 3yo ate free, the hotel tried to charge us for an additional adult saying that the 2 free pax were for 1 adult and 1 child. Lastly, the tiles near the breakfast and pool area were so slippery, my 3yo slipped and got hurt in the fall. Room was nice and clean, but all the other things weren’t great!

The hotel’s cleanliness could be improved, with worn towels and bed linens. The location is somewhat remote, but overall, the experience is still satisfactory.

Price is affordable with free parking Hotel cleanliness is average In room was poor, no laundry bag provided, no toilet paper provided, sink is stuck and dirty . Breakfast included in my bookings, food provided very limited, for egg lover u can get all kind of egg, half boil egg, sunny side, fried egg , hard boiled egg, scrambled egg.

Over all stay experience was good. It’s just the building itself look old but the room was still maintaining in good condition.

The quality of toilet paper and breakfast needs to be improved.

This was our first time staying at KSL Hot Spring Resort Hotel. The room was quite spacious with a large king-size bed. While there aren't many amenities and no connected shopping mall like at KSL, my children absolutely loved it, especially the indoor hot spring facilities.

The lobby was so impressive big and cozy.. The receptionist name Zahid was super cute and nice. Check in super easy. The hallway to the room was nice. The room and toilet was clean. The room alao very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was average. Really recommended 👍👍
