We stayed in rooms 205 and 211, both of which were comfortable with great A/C that allowed us to sleep soundly after being out in the heat. While the breakfast could have been better, the restaurant downstairs serves good food. I think tge restaurant name is adore. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

a disgraceful hotel. If you do not want to be harassed by other customers staying at the hotel, definitely do not stay. While staying in your room, you may be harassed by two men you do not know, and the hotel staff will protect their harassing guests, not you. It's obviously a business that wants female guests to be disturbed. You cannot get a refund even for security-related problems. If you love your life, definitely do not stay in this hotel. Anything can happen to you in this hotel.

The room was smallish but comfortable . We slept very well . We appreciated the attentive and skilled staff. We loved the big windows overlooking the street. Super convenient location in the center of Tibilisi. For us the only drawback was the many stairs (no elevator ) but at least the stairs were user-friendly . The breakfast was super!

We arrived at 4am after our flight (an arrival time which they were aware of), had to drag our luggage up the flight of stairs mostly by ourselves, and were told that there was only one room available when we had booked (and confirmed that morning) for two. Apparently someone had extended their stay in a room we had previously booked and they’d failed to tell us, but had failed to let us know. Instead they said that they’d booked another hotel for us and were planning to send us there but expected us to get our own driver. We told them we’d just take the room but as we’d payed beforehand, we were expecting a full refund for the second room. The room we went inside however, was unlike either of the two rooms we had previously booked — it was all very strange. We managed to get a refund the next day, but only after a lot of pushing for it, and being told ‘it’s not our problem’. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on anything, but I’d give them 1 star if it wasn’t for how helpful the lady at reception was, helping us set up temporary extra beds at 4am and fitting them into the already quite small room. All in all most of the staff were okay, the rooms were on the smaller side but very aesthetic, but this strange last minute impromptu room cancellation was completely unnecessary — especially as they’d confirmed previously, the same day, that they’d have the two rooms ready for us. However the room we finally got didn’t look like the rooms we expected (it had three beds not two, we booked two two-person rooms). It brings up a lot of questions we feel as though were not ever answered, for example, when did this person extend their stay? It must’ve been after the morning as we’d had a confirmation — so why did the hotel allow an extension when we had already payed for the room? Is this an establishment where there is no guarantee for your comfort, even after paying in advance? Overall, this ruins the element of trust in this establishment, especially as after a long journey the last thing you need is for your hotel to be unreliable.

Отель берет изначально красивой картинкой, модным дизайном, удобным расположением. Впринципе, низкая цена по сравнению с другими отелями оправдана тем, что минусов в нем гораздо больше, чем плюсов. 1. Слышимость в отеле просто отпад. Мы попросили номер не на первом этаже. В итоге нам дали на первом этаже с видом во двор. Вы будете слышать адские звуки долбежки сверху. Изначально казалось, что там танцуют, но это настолько сильно вибрирует пол. Спать было просто НЕВОЗМОЖНО! Забудьте про сон в этом отеле НАВСЕГДА. 2. Персонал не особо приветливый. 3. Завтраки среднячок. Много вроде всего, но выпечка не свежая. Мест мало на завтраке, приходится сидеть с другими людьми. 4. Контингент туристов очень странный. Вроде бы мило все и красиво, но видеть ругающегося пьяного мужика и индусов, которые как ненормальные стоят толпой на завтраке, как будто в первый раз, совсем не сооветствует культурному ожиданию. 5. Парковки нет, все забито машинами. Единственное, что красиво, это ремонт и вид, который вы увидите 1 раз, потому что окна выходят во двор, где вас все видят. По большей части шторы всегда закрыты, в комнате и так темно из-за ремонта.
