Hotel in zona Gelovani Park, Tbilisi

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

I strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

L'hotel è stato molto situato in una zona centrale, vicino alle attrazioni, ristoranti e ai trasporti pubblici, rendendo così incredibilmente facile esplorare la città e godere di tutto ciò che doveva offrire. Inoltre, le tariffe dell'hotel erano molto affidabili. Confrontato con altre strutture della zona, era un furto. Ho apprezzato l'accessibilità, soprattutto considerando i prezzi elevati degli hotel in questo popolarmente destinazione turistica.

Mi permetta di iniziare con il mio soggiorno, per 4 notti e comincia molto bene con Liza (ricettatrice) lei era molto utile e rispettosa per i visitatori. Ci ha anche aiutato a prendere le nostre 2 camere prima perché ha visto i nostri figli stanchi di viaggiare. Ma, al 17° mattino, il ricevitore, chiamato Ilia, era molto coraggioso nel suo modo di parlare e di atteggiamento, non mostrava alcun rispetto e usava la sua mano mentre parlava e mi chiedeva di venire al suo lato opposto. Non è finita qui, egli ha fatto riferimento ad un'altra questione di ospiti che hanno affrontato una notte prima, come me e la mia famiglia non lo sono. Il colazione è molto limitata con le opzioni che mi hanno fatto uscire dal giorno successivo per tenerla fuori fino a quando non siamo andati. Questo è un esempio di un buon hotel, ma con cattive atteggiamenti che influenzano la loro classificazione. Le camere sono molto buone da spazio intelligente e non ci sono letti per un soggiorno familiare. È anche necessario sapere che il servizio di lavanderia è molto costoso rispetto ad altri 5 hotel a stelle.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely accommodating, answering all our questions and explaining everything about Tbilisi to us. The room was immaculate and breakfast was bountiful and fresh. The restaurant on the 5th floor has beautiful views and great food quality

Il Novotel Tbilisi Center è bello, pulito e tranquillo. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli, utili e parlano inglese perfetto. Il ristorante al livello superiore è molto bello e accogliente, cibo di base. Tornerò in questo hotel la prossima volta che vado a Tbilisi

Firstly, I have to admit, that due to the bad weather conditions (heavy snowfall in the Gudauri region, roads were closed), I was a day late to my reservation, however I asked to keep it, since I intended to come anyway. I had an answer from a hotel, that they are keeping a room for me. Anyway, when I finally came, it appeared that I could only stay for a night, since the hotel was totally booked. However, the personnel were very kind, suggesting breakfast, taxi and being very pleasant to talk to.  Secondly, the room was quite spacious with big windows overlooking the top of the Trinity Cathedral.  Thirdly, I was given an extra heater, insomuch as it was very cold outside, which is nice. Finally, I have spent only one night there and could not provide more information, except for the fact that the building is interestingly designed and located in the area of old Tbilisi, among the private houses, primarily one-store. By the way, I met fluffy dogs there. 

Viaggiato con la famiglia in aprile 2024 su un tour da Holiday Factory Budget hotel con servizi di bilancio. Non consiglia questo hotel se si visita Tbilisi. Cons - Hotel è situato a distanza dal centro della città dove si deve essere quando si visita Tbilisi. Durante le ore di picco ci vorranno 45 minuti a 1 ora per raggiungere il centro città dove tutte le azioni sono. - Situato in un quartiere strano dove non ci sono ristoranti adeguati. - L'hotel ha 2 ali una vecchia e una nuova. - La ricezione era fredda, nessun sorriso, nessun benvenuto, solo un check-in come si è prenotato. - Le camere sono di base. Le serrure di porta manipolazione erano mancanti, che è molto fondamentale e la porta non sarebbe stata chiusa, quindi doveva chiamare la manutenzione. - La stanza era piuttosto calda. Durante l'indagine è stato annunciato che AC per l'intero hotel è stato switchato. Puoi tenere la finestra aperta per l'aria fredda. Mi dispiace, cosa era questo ????? - La colazione è stata menzionata 9-11 ma il servizio è stato trovato a partire dalle ore 8.00. Le disposizioni sono state una catastrofe. Un conto per circa 100 ospiti con tutti cadendo la testa sopra i piani per il cibo. - Quando siamo arrivati in ritardo abbiamo dovuto aspettare la maggior parte dei piatti da portare. Le opzioni per la colazione erano decente. - L'hotel è a 10 minuti dall'hotel e viene frequentato da gruppi di tour di vacanza così occupato tutto il tempo. Pros - Hotel è vicino all'aeroporto che è a 10 minuti da. Se si intende visitare il centro della città dove è disponibile il ponte di pace, la madre della statua georgiana, i bagni di zolfo e gli shopping, rimanere vicino alla zona come si perde tempo di spostarsi verso e da l'hotel.
