We are truly sorry that this breakfast did not meet your expectations.Our hotel offers two types of breakfast: buffet and alacarte. As we operate under a two-star hotel model, the buffet is only available on days when we have a sufficiently high occupancy rate. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Regarding complimentary beverages, while we regret that coffee is not included, we do offer free iced tea and filtered water for your convenience.We have also noted your feedback regarding the room placement on a higher floor and will take it into consideration to improve our service and provide a better experience for our guests in the future.
