I literally enjoy every second atthis place. Love it. The view is perfect.The staff is nice. The pool outside with an amazing view is just a relief from all your problems)) You feel like in a wallpaper)) Do not hesitate to stay there. The price worths the service you receive.

It’s a great place to have a rest and enjoy your day. Everything is clear around and people are so warm-hearted. Most of all i liked the view of this place because when you watch you see the whole beauty of Armenian nature and you feel like you are in harmony.I won’t be tired to go there every day, i really enjoy to be there.

I think the biggest secret of this hotel's attraction for the guests is its magnificent view of the mountains, the gorge and of course the heated outdoor pool that is open in all the seasons. For me the hotel is a wonderful choice for leisure and relaxation. You can spend hours in the pool, then get from the pool to the open air or indoor jacuzzies and then again back to the pool simultaneously enjoying the magnificent view of the mountains just in front of your eyes. What was bad in the pool area is that some guests smoked although it was written everywhere in the pool area that it is forbidden to smoke and the hotel staff did not admonish them for it. It is also desirable that the bar at the pool offers other soft drinks besides the carbonated drinks and some cocktails (not alcoholic, of course). The rooms are very comfortable, with a kettle, complimentary tea, coffee and water. There is also TV but it does not work properly and shows only 2 normal channels (the rest are in different languages that you do not understand), nevertheless you mostly spend time in the pool so you do not need TV so much. It seems that at night they switch off the wi-fi device so in the mornings wi-fi is not working for a couple of hours but after breakfast the wi-fi connection is recovered. The breakfast is served at a convenient time and is abundant. However, try to go for breakfast early as some food (in our case the spaghetti) is not heated and gets cold. If you are early you will also have a chance to have breakfast in the open balcony surrounded with the mountains. There is also in-house restaurant with reasonable prices and if the weather is nice you can order to serve the dinner outside. The menu of the restaurant is available in all the rooms so you can choose what you want before going to the restaurant or order in-room meal.

Wery noise , and fulish rulls ,kitchen is terrible ,and not clean , staff are slow we are not satisfied, newer go Again, the bathroom floor is slippery and the shower is unpatched and there is dust everywhere,and prices ar to hi not recommended

Price and quality doesn't match at all. The place is overpriced compared to what it offers. Food is great, however the atmosphere of dirt and filth around the place is just disgusting. Don't recommend at all.

Pros: - great view of mountains - good bed quality - comfortable yard, and open-air seating - swimming pool - nice bar - good staff - mini bar and free tea/coffee and water - parking - children's space - towels of good quality - non-smoking rooms Cons: - breakfast is really poor - very scarce menu, items supposed to be offered warm, were actually served cold - small restaurant - a huge construction is in process on the site which means a dusty and noisy surrounding - the lock in my room was broken - awfully stinking toiletries (shampoo and soap) Hints: 1. if you wanna have a fantastic view, choose the suits with panoramic view right above the pool (building 4) 2. however, the mentioned rooms are probably the noisiest ones as the music from the pool and people's voices can be clearly heard there 3. get prepared that they will withdraw cash from your credit card prior to your visit to the site - in my case, it was a 100% prepayment 4. it's odd to see someone unknown who is able to unlock your room while you're inside - I guess the old-fashioned keys are common for all rooms. 5. I would strongly recommend to visit this resort in summer when there are more entertainments available . In winter time there is nothing to do at all.
