The Old Woollen Mill is right in the heart of the thriving market town of Tavistock and yet is in a private position offering peace and privacy.Benefitting from a complete refurbishment, the spacious duplex apartment boasts a large open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, a brand new kitchen with a further dining area, and three bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in total.Everything you could wish for is on the doorstep!The duplex apartment is inverted, so the main living space is on the top floor with views across the town.
