Our beautifully renovated cozy country home sleeps 7 comfortably. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds, twin over double. Our gourmet kitchen has all wood cabinets with gran.ite counter tops, travertine brick backsplash and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with everything you need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to dinner for the family. The large dining room table seats 8 .There is a front porch for sittin' and a big back yard for chillin' or grillin'. We have plenty of off street parking for your boat and trailer...or if you want to park those Harley's behind the fence. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Our house is not child proof..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Weekend Wedding Stay
Nice area to stay in. Perfect location for our events going on while we were down. Real close to nice area near lake with several restaurants and bars to visit. Cute house that accommodated 6 adults. Only area of disappointment was floors not being level but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for our family. As a family of five, we often find hotels a bit limiting, so having a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay together was exactly what we needed. The home was spotless, neatly maintained, and very comfortable.
The location was ideal for the places we needed to visit, and everything was as described. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a convenient and welcoming space.

I don’t usually do reviews but this home was beyond my expectations. Home was clean and well kept up with everything you’ll need for your stay. Also, Tavares Seaport is just a few blocks away for an early morning or evening walk.

Housing
The location was very convenient to the water front. The beds were very comfortable. The house was charming when we walked into it. Unfortunately, when we continued our journey, the floors were uneven. The entrances into the rooms had signs that said ‘watch your step’. If you weren’t paying attention, it could be a hazard. The pictures online were deceptive

Sunnyland Antique Boat show
This location was perfect for our first visit to Tavares and the Sunnyland Antique Boat show. The cottage was as described and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay.
An older home, but one that is clean, affordable and where the owner has tried to think of and put in place those items that will make it enjoyable and comfortable for your stay! Being able to walk a few blocks to restaurants, like our favorite Puddle Jumpers, and Wooton Park with its shoreline walk and state-of-the-art playground, made choosing this rental the right choice for us.(Missed there not being a visitor’s book, which is a good place to get good idea’s for restaurants and nearby places not to miss.)
