Hotel LIVVO Costa Taurito & Aquapark

Terribili bevande all-inclusive, pochissime opzioni di cibo e cena incredibilmente noiosa e non gustosa. Le bevande sanno di cloro, anche il caffè e le bibite. La camera era molto vecchia e logora. Sembrava sporco e vecchio. Molte delle cose mostrate sulla loro home page riguardo all'hotel non si trovano nemmeno nell'hotel vero e proprio! Devi raggiungere a piedi gli altri hotel della zona se vuoi usare la palestra o se vuoi un drink nel bar notturno. Sono molto deluso e non tornerò mai più in questo hotel.

All'arrivo sono stato sistemato nella camera 115 al piano terra - l'appartamento era pulito e ordinato - la camera veniva pulita ogni giorno - cibo e bevande erano accettabili - il personale era gentile e lavorava sodo - fermata dell'autobus a pochi passi - nel complesso è stata un'esperienza ragionevole

Questo hotel offre cibo orrendo perché è lo stesso servito dal pranzo alla cena lo snack bar all-inclusive il cibo era immangiabile sono lì fino a mercoledì 31 gennaio 2024 non mangio da giovedì della settimana scorsa non lo sapevo qualcosa del genere ho speso una fortuna per il costo della vacanza dato che devo portare fuori i 2 14enni per dar loro da mangiare oltre a quello che ho pagato per una vacanza tutto compreso orribile orribile hotel playa taurito

L'Hotel fa parte di un resort e da quello che abbiamo visto e parlato con persone diverse, è il peggiore!! Anche questa è posizionata dietro un'altra e non si vede nulla, tutte le altre hanno vista mare. Il nostro primo giorno abbiamo dovuto chiamare Jet2 perché non potevamo mangiare in questo hotel (Ian è stato molto disponibile al telefono), il cibo qui non era quasi nessuno, quindi avevamo un pass per mangiare in un altro hotel nello stesso resort . Nella zona non c'è molto da fare, quindi se vuoi passare una bella serata fuori, devi andare a Puerto Rico, Mogan o in altre città. Le camere sono molto datate, con pavimenti sporchi, legno deformato, rubinetti del bagno arrugginiti. Anche gli addetti alle pulizie non puliscono correttamente, c'erano capelli sul pavimento del bagno per giorni prima che qualcuno lo pulisse. Anche l'intrattenimento è molto semplice. Il parco acquatico ha riaperto, ma per noi faceva troppo freddo, siamo stati principalmente al mare, e quello a Porto Rico, Anfi o Mogan, perché Taurito è molto ondulato. Nel complesso, evita Taurito, sono i posti migliori in cui soggiornare nella zona, le città non sono lontane l'una dall'altra, abbiamo usato gli autobus ogni giorno per allontanarci da questo resort! Quindi, credete alle recensioni negative su Costa Taurito!!!!

L'hotel e le camere sono buone. Il personale non parla né capisce il francese. Solo uno dei membri che non è sempre presente lo capisce e lo parla un po'. Il cibo è ripetitivo mattina, mezzogiorno, sera. La mattina ci sono i salumi, non li mangiamo, ne ho chiesti a pranzo ma mi hanno rifiutato. I vini 'bianchi, rosati, rossi' sono aspri, non chiediamo grandi vini, ma per un paese produttore questo lascia a desiderare. Abbiamo vissuto molto meglio a Lanzarote e Fuerteventura.

With such a mixed amount of reviews I was worried about staying at this hotel however once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small which I prefer, our room was spacious, clean and had what we needed. WiFi worked in room also which was a bonus for evenings when we wanted to watch movies on iPad and chill out Pool was decent size - however no floats allowed or ball. Tony kids pool was freezing! So my kids would jump in that then in main pool to make it feel warm!! I mean it’s February so the pool wasn’t going to be as warm as summertime but the weather was absolutely wonderful and cooling off in a cool pool was fine and actually didn’t stop people using it or the kids! We also visited the waterpark which is easily accessible by coming out of the hotel and taking the lift down. It’s a couple minutes walk and included with the hotel. Food and drink/ice-cream at the waterpark is also reasonable. Or you can pop out and return as many times as you like if you don’t want to spend money! We took our own water but did have food etc - usually stuff pizza, chips/nuggets etc The water was cold!! Again being the time of year and it’s salt water. Slides are good fun and we visited a couple times The evening entertainment is also down between all the hotels, plus there is a arcades, mini golf and trampolines My 7 year old enjoyed going down after dinner for an hour or 2 The shows we managed 1 and it was usual holiday stuff dancers / kids mini disco This place is good for families with young kids. Teenagers may get bored as no much aimed for them The resort in all felt safe and friendly The beach is down the end - it’s black sand. We walked down one morning before the waterpark. Looked wavy so wasn’t for us! We ate out on the last night again by the beachfront are some restaurants offering tapas/pizza which was decent and not too expensive If you like to get out an about there is a bus stop just up road which you can take and go to porta rico We took a taxi to Playa Morgan for the day which I highly recommend. Beautiful beach and on Fridays they have a market some lovely bits avail to buy Ok so back to hotel - a lot complaining about food and drinks - we never had an issue but aren’t fussy! Always food to eat and was always tasty. Some of the stuff looked a bit unusual - not our normal palate but we gave it a go and was always pleasantly surprised at how nice the food was.

Definitely not a 4 star. Reception area is dark and unwelcoming. Arrived at 11pm to be issued with a dry inedible cheese & ham sandwich, a banana and a bottle of room temp water. Air con in room was broken. Food is basic and cheap. Entertainment is non existent at the hotel. Evening entertainment is down by the arcades - not the best but better than nothing. No atmosphere around the small hotel pool. Mattresses are uncomfortable and pillows are flat and lumpy. Alcohol is awful homebrew that just makes you feel sick and tired. Waterpark is okay - needs attention on the concrete steps, they're all broken and dangerous. Slides hurt your bum as you go down them (and I'm only very slight build). You can't take hotel drinks or food into the waterpark so if you want a cheap break don't book here as you will have to keep taking the outdoor lift back upto the hotel to eat and drink. Staff don't interact with guests - They take your plates away and that's as far as it goes. 1 pool table in the reception area for the whole hotel to use. 1 table tennis table stuck up a corner which is worn out. All inclusive is awful - you have to ask for fries, burger hotdog or toastie at the pool bar then wait for it to be cooked. You would think this is better as the food is fresh, but no I asked for fries and was given cold ones that had been sat in the fryer basket for however long. When I advised the woman they were cold she tipped them back into the oil even though I had touched them and tasted them. Then she issued them back to me minutes later over fried and they had to go in the bin. Desserts at the restaurant are poor. Shops on the ***** are overpriced tat - paid £10 for a small foam beach ball. Beds don't get changed despite being sandy or marked. Bathrooms are dated and in need of new showers and baths. Also the room walls are painted yellow, it's so depressing, they need to be white to freshen it up abit. Toilet never gets cleaned all week. Pavements and paths are dirty and neglected in the whole resort. Wooden walkways have loose planks all over. Spa is overpriced. Arcade is okay for kids but take plenty of money. Drinks at the arcade bar are cheap and taste bad. Tennis court is £15 to use and the balls are the exact same colour as the court-floor so it's difficult to play. There is falling cliff signs everywhere and the whole resort is being held back by wire netting. Workmen are trying to rebuild 1 hotel where the whole cliff has fallen into the sea. Derelict hotel hangs on one cliff overlooking the Costa. Not a great view from the balcony. Supermarket is £4 for a bag of skittles and £4 for a family bag of crisps. Don't bother buying the minimarket fresh milkshakes for £6.50 it's just UHT milk and a scoop of oreo ice cream. Go in the shop itself and buy a bottle of milkshake for 90p instead. Much nicer. GOOD POINTS :- Beach is gorgeous soft sand. Breakfast isn't too bad. Coffee machine is okay. Sunshine !!! If you are coming as a couple for a chilled break

After booking this holiday I looked at the reviews and got a bit worried about the food comments..but after spending 11 nights here I felt that you can't please everyone.. the food was great planty of choice the rice pudding and ice cream was the best😋 but in all breakfast ,lunch and diner was all great well presented lots of food to choose from fresh salads there was choice for everyone. The chicken was the only thing that at times was not properly cooked..the rooms are very cleaned and being a head housekeeper ofcourse I check everywhere.yes the furniture is a bit worn out but the paint work was all well keeped up..the staff was all very friendly ..taurito is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The beds was very comfortable.. definitely worth the money we paid ..

States r in this hotel quite good price but the rooms are not as in paint on the pictures! Very run down room so is everything in the hotel as in facility wise. Stuff in the restaurant are very friendly so are the cleaners. Food is ok but it would be good to do more on varieties rather then lock and fish almost everyday. Lovely water park though
