Meet Torgrencia tent camp

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

環境：營地位於託格倫夏村裡，正對雪山，景色優美，非常安靜！餐廳也都是雪山景觀大落地窗，拍照很出片，坐在餐廳吃飯心情也超好！ 設施：訂的是帳篷房，整個營地到處都有攝像頭，首先安全很有保障，帳篷內空間很大，洗手間也是乾濕分離的，帳篷內所有細節裝修的都很用心，牀頭櫃充電有usb接口很方便。加濕器、空調、地暖啥都有，晚上睡覺也很暖和，床墊很舒服！ 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，雖然是帳篷營地，但是從床上用品到洗手間，各方面衞生都很乾凈。 服務：重點是要説一下服務，從店長到前台小姐姐小哥哥們人都很熱情，超級好，有求必應！前台走到房間衹有一點點距離還幫忙搬行李。接待我們的前台小姐姐很温柔也很細心！幫忙解決了個人突**況！定的攜程河谷下午茶+耗牛火鍋晚餐的套餐，本來想的天氣熱下午茶就在房間吃了，店長大哥還是準備好東西開電瓶車帶我們去河谷那邊，晚餐耗牛肉火鍋也超級好吃，耗牛肉特別嫩（第二天晚上在塔縣吃的耗牛肉火鍋巨難吃肉根本咬不動），很推薦大家來這裏吃飯！！！最後就是小狗年糕好評！陪我們一起吃了下午茶感受了一把養小狗的快樂！ 總體各方面都非常滿意，最重要的是服務！！會推薦給朋友和家人的！下次來還會選擇這裏的！！

帳篷營地的地點非常好，前面就是濕地，直對雪山，可惜我們到的時候喀什沙塵暴，整個塔縣都是灰濛濛的，還起風，帳篷裏一晚上都是風聲，坐帳篷前面喝茶也喝到滿嘴土！體驗一下帳篷挺好，房間設施不錯，有地熱有空調有洗手間沖涼房，尤其店長非常熱情，晚上沒東西吃了還贈送了方便麪！非常值得體驗的營地！當然價格可以便宜一點就更好了！
