Very please with all the La Maka Rica Hotel staff. Very warmth welcome always with beautiful genuine smiles on their faces, attentive to all our needs and helpful during our stay. Clean linens & room. I can’t asked for anything better. Number one best hotel in Tarlac. Accessible to all needed amenities. Mostly walking distance. On the main building there is a travel agency, beauty salon, massage parlour, cuisine, restaurant. All affordable . 🤩🤩🤩👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We checked in every year at times x 2 in a year. We’re from Australia. Happy to be with them al the time. It is like a family home to us. Thank you again to all staff. I will not mention any name, otherwise the page will not be enough. I/we are very proud of you all. Ci fermiamo spesso durante le Undas. Ora abbiamo soggiornato questo ottobre 30-31, 2022. Aggiungiamo un letto extra per P800 pesos con colazione inclusa. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato è il Business Deluxe con 1 grande letto 2 adulti con colazione inclusa. Abbiamo ordinato un colazione extra per mio figlio, che ammonta a 175.La stanza include caldaia elettrica,complementaria,caffeina, zucchero, crema, acqua bollita, sapone, shampoo.L'AC è freddo nella stanza. Ecco alcune suggerimenti: -C.R non ha riscaldatore d'acqua -TV non ha netflix -Raccolta scarsa della TV -Non può connettersi nel wifi nella stanza.

Il posto è pulito e la camera è comoda per soggiornare. Conosci il proprietario (e la famiglia) che sono tutti super amiche e alloggi (anche ci ha fornito un centro cucina per riscaldare il lechon per la giornata del nuovo anno). L’altro personale ci ha aiutato con lavanderia che non era nel loro ruolo, ma la posizione al di fuori della città principale era ancora facilmente accessibile, tranquillo dalle stronzate e dalle stronzate delle strade principali. Terible hotel! Avoid this at all cost I tried staying here at first in May. Since my preferred hotel is fully book ( Microtel) and it will be just for 1 night I opted to stay in this hotel since it is close to my work place. Impressions: ＞ parking is okay ＞ front desk is just okay ＞ internet is okay ＞ room smells dirty! ＞ Carpet Feel sticky and itchy! ＞ Window type aircon is very very noisy! ＞ Heater does not work! ＞ toilet shower is dirty ＞ Shower area lacks lighting It was a terrible stay! But since it was just one night i just let passed by. On my second travel in July last week since Microtel is again fully booked, I booked for 2 nights and asked if they have a premium room. But they offered only the deluxe room and with bath tub. Impression: ＞ since it was raining parking is flooded. Be sure to have extra shoes or remove your shoe or else it will be soaked in water! ＞ front desk is just okay ＞ internet is okay ＞ room offered still smells dirty! ＞ Carpet Feels still sticky and itchy! ＞ Window type aircon is very very very very very noisy! ＞ Heater does not work again! ＞ toilet shower is dirty! ＞ Shower area lacks lighting ＞ land line does not work. You have to go to lobby just to ask! ＞ there are no tissue upon using the room. ＞ I stayed two nights but you will never See someone clean or vacuum the carpet! Or hear any vacuum. Who knows if they even clean the carpet or when?! Here is the worst part: Upon check out Friday, “SHIELA” in the front desk did my transaction for I paid through my credit card. And she encountered an error (receipt didn’t print). So I left my card to and told her I will be back (I got something from my car) I came back and she said everything was okay. Upon arriving home I just noticed that in my credit card statement there were two (2) transactions done. So I called them back and found out that she made a mistake on swiping the card again after the first attempt. She could have voided the first transaction BUT OBVIOUSLY she wasn’t trained to do so. There was no supervisor or manager to assist her at that time as well. BUT WHY DID SHE NOT TELL ME BEFORE I LEFT!!! Now i kept on chasing the refund from them. “SHIELA” Even mentioned they do not offer refund anymore.! ***! It was not my mistake if you charge me twice! *** supper stupid! She offered me credit for the next stay only. And I refused since I will not be staying in their hotel anymore! I have to wait Monday before I got proper update. I was able to receive my refund Only until Thursday August 5! Another issue is that the refund received was less than the actual charge! Credit Card Charge was 3436! Receipt was 3406! The refund was 3401.64! See how stupid! Mahirap lng ikaw pa mag fofolow Up sa kanila para e refund ka! Parang gusto nila ako pa mag hahabol sa ginawa nilang kamalian! I know this is a low cost hotel but all services you get will also be low cost! This is the most disappointing and frustrating in my entire travel experience! Negati

Impeccably clean rooms and trustworthy staff. Prompt greetings, smooth check-in! Cleanliness really stood out! Upon my arrival, exhausted from my journey, the receptionists greeted me promptly. Urnica, the friendly face at the counter, ensured a smooth check-in process and promptly attended to my requests. Rendel's dedication to cleanliness was evident in the pristine condition of my room. He not only met my needs but went above and beyond, even returning a forgotten item. The night receptionist deserves recognition for offering me a 3-in-1 coffee as I worked late in the lobby. A special shoutout goes to the guards and the entire service team, who greeted me with genuine smiles, adding an extra layer of comfort. Despite Wi-Fi struggles, the tranquility and exceptional service made up for it. My 4-day stay at this hotel left an unforgettable impression. Thank you for creating a relaxing and delightful experience. I will return!

A causa della peste cinese, è necessario trovare le gemme più vicine a casa. Dopo non essere riuscito a lasciare Baler per il fine settimana, la ragazza è andata su Google e è arrivata con The Farmhouse da EDL. Sono tutti orecchie quando le cose non sono costose, quindi abbiamo prenotato due notti.Il personale amichevole ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente benvenuti. Prima impressione: comodo, tranquillo, amichevole, pulito, molto bel piscina ... Quando siamo arrivati eravamo gli unici ospiti, quindi il personale ha preso la libertà di aggiornare la nostra stanza. Basta rilassarsi e godersi il suono degli uccelli e l'acqua fluente. Pace e tranquillo, senza internet ... Non è sorpresa che abbiamo prenotato una notte extra. A causa del COVID non è stato possibile fare alcuna attività durante il nostro giro, questo è stato detto solo dopo l'arrivo, sarebbe stato bello conoscere questo prima, ma il resto che ho trovato qui è stato fatto per questo.
