We never saw the managers. We arrived late and they had said for us to come by the next morning but no one showed. So we left about 9:30

Room clean, staff good but maint dropped the ball on shower drain until personal attention the second request. Road noise is loud and begins early . Prob a better winter place and to far from daily trips into Taos.

You drive up to the lodge to check in and then back to the motel. Nice big room with a comfortable queen down stair and a queen bed in the loft. Mystery stains in the comforter tho. Both upstairs and downstairs beds. Sheets seemed clean but the comforters weren’t very comfortable

Great last minute stay Ours was a last minute stay late at night. We were given quick and detailed instructions on how to gain access to our unit, plus it was easy to find. Only 1 1/2 mikes miles from the ski resort. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The bed and linens were super comfortable. The only con was a lack of water pressure in the shower, so it just took a little longer to get the conditioner out of my hair, lol. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette. It was very clean and looked like a newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. We loved waking up to the view in the mountains and even saw a deer grazing by. It’s pet friendly which was a bonus.

The place wasn’t clean, there were flies & bugs the moment I walked in the room. Jean, the in-charge, was prompt & accommodating.

Our stay here was the best. The staff were so friendly, and answered any questions we have. Can’t wait to go back!

Stay here every year love the location and the staff is incredible!

It was a very nice day. The only issue I encounter is the property was very hot. The condo is very hot and all I had was a little air conditioner that hardly worked but other than that excellent love the property the place and the property manager was very awesome.
