I had no problem regarding the Hotel, all their staff are approachable and kind. the rooms are beautiful and very spacious. the kids really enjoy their swimming pool, we also enjoy their free breakfast buffet. They also have a spacious parking lot if you have a car, for me all their services are okay. from check-in until we checked out everything was smooth the Hotel is ideal for families who want to relax and unwind away from the city. We're looking forward to going back there. I highly recommend them.

The staff is very welcoming, I felt like a prince ! A very nice place for families.

Rooms are surprisingly spacious. A bit old interior but very clean. All staff are kind and helpful. Pool area is wide and have enjoyable theme.

We stayed here for 8 nights over 2 stays. Our room faced west and overlooked the pool and had a view of the ocean. They have a beautiful, clean safari themed pool with water slides and large swimming area. The room was spacious and clean. My only criticism is that there are only a couple of useable plugs to charge electronics. The morning breakfast in the Shang Garden restaurant is excellent. The selections were all delicious and the staff are all so polite and attentive. I’m told that the hotel can be busy on the weekends with family weekenders but they handle it easily. Lastly, all the hotel staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Tanza Oasis.

Lads provide us with best service and got all our request. He smiles a lot and never get tired even though he run up and down.,small things make a big difference, ice please! Thank you lads, sure will come back and celebrate my special day at Oasis

the water was so hard that it could not make my soap & shampoo produce lather. the elevator at the ground floor where our function was being held could not be accessed. one had to ask a hotel staff to press the G/F button from upstairs so it would open from our end. this was the only unpleasant experience i had during my two-night stay. the rest deserved 5 stars. the wait staff was very commendable. special shout out to renz who was very patient and cheerful to meet our needs at meal time. the food is delectable and served generously. they even gave us a complimentary fellowship night to make our stay enjoyable, and yes, memorable. this hotel has a spacious parking space and a stable, unlimited wifi. no password was needed which was very convenient. my room was clean and smelled good. the linens are crisp and always kept tidy. TV cable was working but it would have been cool had netflix been included in the network system. will definitely come back if given the chance. the impeccable service was able to make up for all its shortcomings.

The hotel is fine as well as the food but if you are looking for a place to relax, this is not the place to be. They accept day and night swimming which makes it impossible for hotel paying guests to get a chance to swim. The pool was packed! There was literally no space available!!! Pool looks dirty due to the massive crowd swimming! Beach is dirty too and packed with people as well. Place does not have any difference from a public establishment. It is a waste of money. A huge disappointment!

Me and my wife stayed 3 nights at Tanza Oasis recently (but not our first visit here, since 2016 we coming here), a very nice beach resort in our Cavite area. It's clean and Beautiful, swimming pool is great, hospitality and management section and their room service all are great too. We found nothing to complain! We enjoyed swimming alot, but at the pool mostly than the sea. Our other 4 friends were with us as well. The garden looks great. We enjoyed night swimming and also fishing at midnight. It was indeed a great time we enjoyed with our family and friends. The beach of Tanza Oasis, however, is not that good. So we hired a boat and enjoyed ourselves at KAMANDAG Beach, which is a 30 minutes of boat ride from Tanza Oasis, located in Ternate. Boats are available at the left corner of the Tanza Oasis Beach area. We are highly satisfied by the service of Tanza Oasis and wish to come back soon in near future as well!
