No Free Parking & No inform to pay parking park .So I was summon by Municipal Council because no display parking receipt.
Very bad hotel communication to client .
No cleaning room ,clean toilet or change towel even I was stay 2 day night.Very bad service .

I was shocked when told by the receptionist that this hotel doesn't deal with Trip.com. They only deal with Agoda, and my Trip.com booking was not in the hotel system. After a call to Trip.com the receptionist said yes, Trip.com just emailed in my booking. This experience drived me up the pole.

A descent hotel with functioning smart tv, aircond and the like. Surprisingly, it has a very strong wifi that we could watch youtube on that little tv on the wall. There is no elevator proceeding to the hotel which is on the second floor. Unfortunately, its rainy day and we arrived on Saturday evening where there is a pasar malam around and I hardly get a parking space. Hello boss! I think its time for you to change the bed & pillows thou…. RM5 for an extra thin pillow I think its redicolous!
