The hotel bed & pillows are so comfortable. The towel also so fluffy like 5 stars hotel. Lacking mirror inside the room, only have one in the bathroom. The ventilator in the toilet doesn’t work so it didn’t get dry & the mirror was always foggy. Overall it was a nice stay. Worth what I paid for. Probably will come again if we decided to explore the city and not stay too long in the hotel.

The location was also fantastic—close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The hotel's elegant architecture and well-maintained structure added a timeless charm, with beautifully decorated common areas creating a cozy yet refined ambiance. Although it's a 3-star hotel, the attention to detail in both the service and design made my stay memorable. Perfect for travelers looking for budget-friendly comfort with a touch of classic elegance!

Easy to find, lot of parking. Very polite reception. Room are very cosy and the price really reasonable. Recommended and will return again in future.

my last day at Penang of the last minute of booking. the hotel is good but not will serve u at night but don’t worry they will give u a gate and door key to acsses when u are out. the hotel very clean and look expensive.. we had good sleep there. tq🤗

Hotel is clean which is the most important. Have hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush. Room is quite spacious. I was in triple deluxe alone. Not enough amenities. Hotel shall add luggage rack in the room and provide at least some simple breakfast. Some towels a bit worn-out and shall be changed to new one. In general I would recommend for 1-2 nites stay for business travelers. Location is nice.

Clean n comfortable

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Seriental Hotel. Room are clean and neat. Bathroom space was bigger compared to others hotel.

The staff were friendly but the hotel appears to be an extension of the restaurant. There is normally no receptionist and so access is via an enormous key with a remote control attached. This was a bit strange really.
