Hotel in zona SKS City Mall, Tanjong Surat

Sembra che vada verso la direzione. Mi curioso davvero della formazione del personale perché il loro professionalismo è mancato. Quando siamo entrati, le tre signore si sono sedute “lavorando su Facebook”, solo dopo aver cercato di fare contatto con gli occhi, si sono guardate. Più tardi, in un soggiorno, un giovane e una donna in uniforme di resort tagliarono tra il nostro gruppo, passando attraverso una porta, un po’ strano, ma pensavo che potessero essere altri ospiti, ma poi ho visto che erano dipendenti. Non sembra essere preoccupato per il rispetto degli ospiti. Concordo con il negativo feedback buffet colazione- yikes. Era un vero spreco di soldi quando potevamo fare molto meglio chiamare nel nostro cibo o prepararci. La spiaggia è sporca ma tranquilla e è stata bello per i nostri figli.

L'hotel è facile da raggiungere e durante il check-in il parcheggio è stato facile. Molto spazio anche per parcheggiare e le distanze a piedi non sono così lontane =) Il check-in è veloce. Il personale è gentile =) L'ascensore è ok ma un po' lento durante le ore di punta. LOL. Il cibo è accettabile. La piscina è fantastica e i bambini la adorano, ma a ogni famiglia vengono assegnati solo 30 minuti di utilizzo a causa di SOP. La spiaggia, tuttavia, è divertente e serena =) Preferiamo Tunamaya per la posizione ed è incredibile che tu possa andare all'IKEA in soli 50 minuti di auto! LoL Trovare cibo per pranzo e cena è relativamente facile perché i lotti dei negozi a Bandar Penawar sono a soli 5 minuti di macchina =). Molta selezione di cibo..lo adoriamo. Anche fare la spesa è abbastanza facile =) Quindi, per una piccola famiglia con 3 bambini, consiglio vivamente questo hotel e tornerò sicuramente l'anno prossimo =)

L'hotel era situato in terra spray, e il parco acquatico era letteralmente vicino alla porta. Ma, come era la vacanza scolastica, il servizio era piuttosto lento. Il nostro bagaglio non era stato inviato in camera nostra un'ora dopo l'arrivo. Quando abbiamo chiamato la ricezione, nessuno sapeva dove fosse il nostro bagaglio, ma era stato dato il assicurazione che lo troverebbero. Dopo altri 10 minuti, abbiamo deciso di andare al lobby e guardare! Il nostro bagaglio era ancora al concierge. Abbiamo detto al concierge che erano i nostri bagagli, e senza controllare, si è appena accoltellato la testa e abbiamo preso il nostro bagaglio. Il vetro dell'hotel aveva un strato di polvere. Sembra che non sia stato pulito per un po', che era assolutamente inaccettabile essere un hotel di 5 stelle. La stanza era un po' troppo buia per me e l'aria condizionata era costantemente fredda anche dopo che ho regolato la temperatura a 32 gradi Celsius! Il colazione era un disordine, con le grandi sale di espansione riempite al brindisi. Le piastre e la cucina erano sempre inaccessibili. Quando le piastre arrivarono, sembravano essere state lavate rapidamente con pelli di olio. Il marito aveva un pessimo stomaco dopo aver mangiato qualche curry. A dire il vero, i dipendenti hanno cercato di essere il più ospite possibile, ma è solo un peccato che siamo arrivati in un momento in cui sembra che l'intero hotel sia stato gravemente insufficiente.

Ottimo soggiorno! Prenota su Trip.com, finora il più economico online. Rm575 a notte con colazione inclusa, è un ottimo affare. Check-in senza problemi in meno di 10 minuti, inviano i nostri bagagli prima di entrare nella nostra stanza? Siamo stati in Deluxe King Room 317, la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Il letto matrimoniale è enorme e adoro il materasso. Forniscono EO Lavanda per dormire. Adoro la vasca da bagno, si sente lussuoso. Balcone di fronte all'Hard Rock Hotel. Abbiamo cenato nella nostra camera, ordinato spaghetti piccanti ai gamberetti, pizza paperonni e noodles mamak, tutti sono gustosi. . la colazione a buffet è superba, molte scelte. La spiaggia è pulita e non ci sono molte persone qui, il che è positivo. Può mantenere SOP durante questa pandemia di covid. La spiaggia è un po' lontana dall'hotel, forse come 50 m in più. Nel complesso, la mia piccola famiglia ha apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Verrà di nuovo.

We were a 3 generation family, party of 5 adults + 3 kids (1,3,5), booked for a 3 night stay. We enjoyed the hotel very much - breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, pools, beach, kids room & teens room. However, on the 2nd day, our 5 year old grandson had a bicycle accident! Rebecca, the assistant front office manager and her team were excellent! A few of the staff jumped in quickly to provide first aid and sent my son and grandson to the clinic. They were concerned, and checked in on us frequently, offering help. Unfortunately my grandson had to return to Singapore for surgery, so we decided to cut short our stay at the hotel. The hotel management was understanding and very kindly returned the upgrade charges for the 3rd night since we had to return a day earlier. They were willing to give us a full refund for the 3rd night however since we had booked through Trip.com, the refund approval depends on Trip.com. The hotel is helping us communicate with Trip.com regarding the refund. I hope it will be granted. Kudos to Anantara Desaru resort!

È un posto fantastico! Super posto privato per rilassarsi e mi sono davvero divertito il mio soggiorno. Ho andato con il hubby e il bambino. Hanno fornito cibo gratis per i bambini anche mentre abbiamo ordinato a cena in camera. Tutto il loro personale è molto amichevole e utile. Cercano sempre di soddisfare tutte le mie richieste e preparano anche le attrezzature per il mio compleanno. Certamente verrà a visitare di nuovo!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Sebana Cove Resort, it is hard to really measure the hotel and really depends what you’re looking for. The resort is fairly old (25 years old), but I would disagree that it is worn off, it just isn’t brand new and shiny. The staff couldn’t be more friendly / helpful, same can be said of the security guards. Parking is free and you can park close to your room, there are no lifts/elevators so book a ground floor room if this is likely to be an issue for you or your party. Wifi was fine for us, you get a 3-day token which is good for 2 devices, we were given 1 per person. For general surfing this was fine, I didn’t stream Netflix so can’t comment. I’m not on holiday to be glued to a device. The location is a long way from the main road / town, you really need your own transport to stay here, I tried (unsuccessfully) to get a Grab taxi to take us into town, have a willing and sober driver in your party! The Marina area and hotel grounds are very well kept, the swimming pool could do with some love, but on the whole everything is nice enough (keep in mind the room rate you’re paying). If you want the Westin in Desaru, stay there and pay the premium. For us, the biggest negative was the food, breakfast is charged at 35MYR per person, the offering is small and its first time we’ve ever had breakfast in Asia without fresh fruit. Don’t expect an egg station or any artisan bread / coffee etc etc. It is a simple offering… Lunch and dinner is a similar basic affair, around 7-8 local dishes ranging from 20-30MYR each, note that dinner stopped serving at 8pm, last orders at 7pm. Offsite there are restaurants but they involve driving, obviously you have Super Lobster and Jades Garden Corner for a wide selection of seafood within a 20 minute drive. To add, you cannot get Grabfood to deliver to the hotel….food options are limited. The menu does not reflect the photos you see in on the hotel website, if only they did! From the hotel you get a beautiful sunset across the Marina, sadly you won’t be enjoying sundowners with this view, beer (Tiger/Carlsberg) was the only alcohol available.

We arrived late in evening but check in was smooth and easy. Place is quiet and peaceful, lake looked nice in the cooling morning. We got a garden view room so we couldn't really see much from the window. Cleanliness was ok at first but found other people's items left in the wardrobe not cleaned out, and thru the night, we found a lotttt of bugs and ants entering the toilet. Hot water also ran out and the water didn't drain very well it got flooded a bit within the night. Toilet door was also mouldy. Note that there isn't any hair dryer provided.

staff very respectful towards us especially the staff at guardhouse. room was spacious, comfy and clean. breakfast was great (7/10) because very few choice of drinks otherwise foods is delicious. then the beach view from the breakfast place (10/10).
