Hotel in zona St Andrew, Tangeri

L'hotel presenta inizialmente bene. Tuttavia, alcune cose lo lasciarono giù. La stanza era grande e spaziosa, ma era molto vento fuori e questo stava sgridando attraverso la finestra tutta la notte. Il bagno: il doccia è sopra un bagno molto alto che non ha porta o cortina, quindi il pavimento è inondato anche se si è molto attento. Il bagno sembra avere una fuga dal mangime idrico al bagno o dal bidet, poiché i canali di caverna in pavimento erano sempre pieni di acqua. Solo 1 tovagliolo e una tovagliola a mano. Ristorante: solo non!! Il cibo era scioccante. Ha fatto un pranzo abituale studente sembrare un'esperienza di cena 5 stelle. Il personale era utile ma molto inesperto. Basicamente il ristorante è un pensiero.Colazione: questo è in un altro ristorante nel complesso. Era piuttosto buono. Opzioni di frutta e verdura estese. Molte opzioni di uova. Fascicoli carini. Solo un piccolo scarico di tè e caffè. La proprietà è a lungo da qualsiasi ristorante locale ma c'è un centro commerciale 10-15 minuti a piedi. Non è stato molto piacevole andare lì nel vento che abbiamo vissuto. Rimango qui di nuovo: Sì Cosa farei diverso: taxi alla Medina e mangiarla. Prendi le mutande d'orecchio.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, non delude mai. Accoglienza sempre cordiale, personale gentilissimo, colazione con vastissima scelta di ogni tipo di prodotto, dal dolce al salato. Pulizia perfetta. Bottiglietta di acqua di benvenuto, considerata la categoria dell'hotel sarebbe gradito averla giornalmente, all'hotel costa poco o nulla ma per il cliente è sicuramente un plus. Consigliatissimo, resta il mio punto di riferimento a Tangeri.

Una delle pochi volte che riesci a trovare in un albergo tuto quello che ai bigsono : la posizione, la pulizia, la professionalità, …. Ma la cosa più presente la gentilezza di tutto lo stafff Tornerò il più presto possibile Grazie mille

When you go somewhere that you really enjoy, you don’t count how many times that you have been there. This was at least my third visit to this hotel, maybe my fourth. But it was my longest stay (2 weeks, during Christmas and New Years). I recently was cleared for International travel after having a very complicated hip replacement. Post Covid, post surgery, I needed to go somewhere that I knew that I would enjoy. The Marina Bay did not disappoint. To start, the weather was perfect for winter weather. Sun daily, the panoramic view of shades of blue (my favorite color) was awesome. Since I retired in September 2023,this was one of few times that I could get away and try to answer the question: If I died yesterday, what would I regret that I did not have a chance to do. The answer is still a work in progress, but Tangier was a perfect place to think about the question. Much of the staff was the same incredible crew that I experienced from my previous visits. Mr. Berrada has added a few more superstars. Aya, in charge of guest services started my positive experiences when she messaged me, “We will be happy to welcome you.” I thought that was just normal professional courtesy. But when she said, “I’ll make sure that you have a pleasant stay”, after Covid, surgery, and an ever worsening global situation, I needed to feel like I was going to enjoy myself. One day I had the chance to visit with Mr. Amine Berrada and during a phenomenal 90 minutes plus, he talked about his vision for the hotel and the quest experience that he is shooting for. Before we finished Aya came in and we all talked for at least another half hour. Before I forget to mention something really special, my plan for the holidays was to get away and think. I made no Christmas or New Year’s plans. The first, second and third time that Aya mentioned the New Year’s Celebration that they planned, I thought that I would rather stay alone in my room. Her brother was visiting from outside the country, and I had a few opportunities to talk with him. Finally, I decided to join the folks for the celebration. I would have missed a fantastic evening had I chose not to attend. The multi course meal, the entertainment (a soulful singer & flamenco dancers) provided for and incredible night to remember. Separate subject: The only breakfast that I remember being better was the Atlas Vichy Celestins, in Bouznika. Their weekend spread is truly a must experience. But the daily offering, the love from the staff, etc make the daily breakfast at Marina Bay one of, if not the best hotel breakfast meals that I have ever experienced. Bottom line, my holiday experience at Marina Bay was so enjoyable, that I might finish 2024 the same way.

Molto molto deluso, rispetto al passato. Di facciata si presenta bene, appena imbiancato e sistemato ma le camere… mobilio fatiscente è rovinato, armadio con odore di vecchio e stantio, bagno con la porta completamente sfaldata e distrutta dall’umidità, porta di ingresso alla camera con serratura inesistente. E poi si passa al letto, matrimoniale con 4 cuscini di cui solo uno passabile, i restanti sembrano pieni di pietre con federe oggettivamente troppo piccole. Buffet colazione sufficiente anche se manca un po’ il rimpiazzo quando una pietanza è esaurita. Buono il piano bar per la sera come pure l’altro bar a disposizione ove è possibile mangiare. Visita per lavoro, normalmente scelgo altro, di sicuro non lo sceglierei per una vacanza

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in late April 2023. We arrived from Casablanca, by high speed train. The train station, clean and modern, is right across the street from the Hilton Tanger. Upon arrival we were upgraded from a king exec room a to junior suite. Loved the room. It was spacious, big bathroom with separate tub and shower, 2 sinks and bidet. Lots of closet space. Housekeeping brought us extra pillows that we requested. We were on the 8th floor facing the sea so we had a view of the coast. We could see Spain in the distance and the ferry coming and going to the Tangier port. Before going for breakfast we made coffee in the room with the capsules provided. The breakfast buffet is great, lots of variety, eggs on order, hot and cold dishes, Moroccan and Western. The restaurant is on the 15th floor with fantastic views over the beach and the sea. There is a mall attached to the hotel. I bought a nice Tshirt in a ladies shop and we bought some snacks at the supermarket. We walked down to the beach and along the boardwalk area that stretches for a long distance toward the port and further east. It is so clean. Workers regularly clean beaches and streets. You rarely see plastic bottles or wrappers strewn about. We took a taxi to the Medina 2 days in a row and wandered around. One day into the museum. It was okay.

Non ci hanno permesso di entrare nemmeno 5 minuti prima delle 14:00. Arriviamo alle 12:00, quindi potremmo aspettare alla piscina dell'hotel per 2 ore prima dell'entrata. Una signora alla ricezione ha cercato di essere molto amichevole e utile. Tuttavia, ha insistito sulla necessità di far pagare il prelievo su carta di credito sui dirham (non in euro come avevamo prenotato via ***********), e con il tasso di cambio abbiamo finito per pagare 10 euro di più. Una cameriera al bar dell’hotel ha cercato di stupirmi con un cambio troppo piccolo - 20 dirham (2 euro) troppo poco quando comprava un po’ d’acqua. Ho notato, ha promesso di portare più tardi la sua affermazione che non aveva, ma non l’ha mai fatto, finalmente l’ho chiesto di nuovo. Penso che fosse solo un errore, ma poi ha cercato di fare lo stesso con il mio compagno, quando è andato a prendere una birra. Quindi, apparentemente questa signora cerca di tagliare circa 2EUR da ogni turista che guarda ... Altri ospiti dell'hotel erano per lo più locali. Il colazione era cibo marocchino, mi piace, ma non i miei compagni di viaggio.Abbiamo prenotato due camere (4 persone), e entrambe erano dotate solo di una persona. Quindi dovevamo chiedere più asciugamani, bottiglia d'acqua complimentare (che erano piccole bottiglie) ecc. Chiamare dalla stanza alla ricezione o servizio in camera - nessuna risposta. Dovremmo trovare pulizie dall'alto per aiutarci. I letti non erano buoni. L'acqua dal bagno e la doccia è pericolosamente bruciata quando lo scaricate dalla neutrale. Posizione - era davvero vapore!! Anche la pressione dell'acqua al doccia è cambiata e era povera. Altrimenti, fortunatamente, il posto era abbastanza pulito. Situazione un po' lontano da Medina/centro, ma ci sono anche ristoranti vicino a piedi. La spiaggia è anche vicino, ma la strada grande da attraversare è davvero pericolosa (con 6 tracce, persone che guidano come pazzi).

Alla fine di marzo, l'hotel è situato nella zona montana esterna di Danger, Marocco. L'ambiente del paesaggio è relativamente buono.Ma perché è luna di miele, non ci sono molti ospiti di base, e la piscina è in manutenzione. 50 dollari per un buffet è relativamente basso, non c'è molto cibo e non c'è nessun aggiunta. Il personale di servizio clienti non sa praticamente l'inglese e la comunicazione è relativamente difficile.Il colazione ha ordinato 200 millilitri di latte di latte, il prezzo è $12, un po'fuori la latte, naturalmente, le strutture della stanza hanno raggiunto lo standard di cinque stelle. Dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, ho scoperto che ha ricevuto più $250 per il suo innocente guadagno e ha chiesto alla banca di restituire.Il livello generale del servizio può essere 2-3 livello stellare.Non raccomandato, il rapporto prezzo è troppo basso.
