Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht hatten 2 Bungalows gebucht. Aber anscheinend waren die zu abgelegen weil so gut wie kein Mitarbeiter zusehen waren beim einchecken hatten wir keine Handtücher erst nach dem 6.mal Bescheid geben bekamen wir am nächsten Tag erst die Handtücher. In den 3 Nächten wie ich da war wurde nicht ein einziges Mal der Müll entleert geschweige das die Bungalows gesäubert wurden. Die Türen sind die reinste Katastrophe bei jedem verlassen hatten wir kein Zugang mehr erst beim Wechsel der Karte leider. Das einzige was uns an dem Aufenthalt gefallen hat waren die Security Männer bei uns die waren wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und sind jedes Mal für uns los um die Zimmerkarte zu aktivieren.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. We arrived expecting Barceló’s usual high standards, but instead found the dirtiest “5-star” hotel we have ever seen. The room was filthy. The air conditioning didn’t work. There were no towels. No toothbrush. No phone to call reception. When we finally received a phone, it didn’t even work. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and quick to say, “We’re not really part of Barceló,” as if that excused their complete lack of service. This is unacceptable. The ONLY reason we booked here was because of the excellent Barceló hotels we’ve stayed at in Tangier, where service and hygiene are guaranteed. This place is the exact opposite. Frankly, this hotel should be ashamed to call itself part of the Barceló group. It doesn’t deserve even half a star. The management here should be replaced immediately. Rabat is a beautiful city this hotel is an insult to it. We will NEVER return to this hotel. And we will make sure everyone we know and everyone reading this avoids it as well.

Noisy. As soon as I walked into the room there was an awful noise. Had to ask at reception to either move me or switch the noise off. They managed to switch the noise off. Lovely setting. Room had two large beds. Only one had a headboard. Good not great. Pleased we only stayed for one night. My view

We had a bungalow with sea view for a period of 4 days. The view was mighty beautiful! All the staff so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very extensive and of high quality. I have a bit of a fear of contamination, the bungalows were cleaned incredibly well every day from A to Z by the sweetest cleaning lady Najat. The woman with the million dollar smile :-)

I would not go back anymore. My wife asked for spa they say it was nobody available. She was disappointed in them shower handle, keeps falling off. They replaced it and still the same problem you can tell it is more work to be done first day to check in to my room. I’ve been asked to pay cash for city tax I handled them my credit card American Express. They said they wanna take it. Their machine always broken. She asked for cash only which is $170 breakfast brunch buffet always dry food bad experience. I was disappointed on five star it’s a three star hotel, not five. Housekeeper, she’s very nice person. That’s the only thing I ever saw front desk. They were very rude. They have no respect when they know you from the same country. They don’t treat you as a tourist coming from US. Front desk, disrespect for people they stop talking to me when I’m asking them question and they answer someone else question which is I was the first in the line.

This is not even close to a 3 stars hotel !!! The quality of service was shoking, people are rude and they ask for supplement payments to take breakfast to your room !!! Miserable staff everywhere !! They asked us two times on the phone literaly « when will you live ? » !!! This was the last time i will never go back there !!! Even security were so rude and follows you everywhere you go like you’re steeling something !!!! This hotel is nothing but trash

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Farah and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff and it was such a lovely night thank you for your service I want to thank a guy worked in the restaurant who’s name is Bilal thank you so much

Poor service and service delivery failure. They charge you top dollar for not delivering even the basics like a paid meal!! The hotel expects you to sympathise with them and their inability to serve you

The place granted 5 stars but my rating is 3 stars. PROS: - Located 15 mins walking to the Tanger corniche, and in very quiet area. Hope the dogs not around during your stay. - The room is huge. - Friendly and supportive staff. - Huge breakfast area with humble people serve you, so smiley people. - Pool area is great for chilling and have a cup of moroccan tea. CONS: - I’m sorry but I don’t see this resort as 5 stars. - corridor light sensor is weak, it took long time to switch the light on.

Beautiful, clean hotel, very modern and fairly new with views to die for if you’re willing to pay extra for unobtrusive view, I had a part view but it was okay no complaints, they say you get what you pay for, But yes things definitely need to improve, main restaurant and only restaurant this time of the year, les Quatres Saisons not a lot of choices for your breakfast no yogurt and limited juices containers almost empty all of the time cold meat were dry and not at all very appetising.Jazz bar staff not willing to serve you what you ask for such as Bombay gin , large beer because they have run out and have to go somewhere else to bring it for you five star service I don’t think so, also be careful as it’s about £1 .60 more expensive for each drink, if you buy it in the lobby and take it with you you will save ,just have to get it yourself . They say they have a shuttle service which is almost never available, we managed to get him twice while we were there and on our 2nd trip he asked us for100 dh when it’s supposed to be free that’s just under £10 we said we only had card and would pay at reception. Reception if you need anything don’t ask at night nothing can be done till the next day 😳 Room was lovely and clean comfy bed and very good house maids, television is small with very very limited channels No football ( only in the bar) The hotel has very little (almost none) entertainment no show’s no kind of Moroccan restaurant , menu is very limited understandable this time of the year, with only a hand full of people but prices are the same so I think my 3 star rating is very fair because it not the building that gives you a fantastic 5 star hotel it comes in a package everything together

Bilal in the restaurent is a great guy , outstanding qualitative hospitality And the food was so tasty and fresh I do enjoy thé stay and the facilities Small comment about te gym ( not at the standard but it’s fine, the view is amazing fulll day and night Thank you
