Hotel a South Tangerang

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job. However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property. We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready. Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for. Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely. I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard. In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My family (4 people) stayed at Grand Zuri BSD City from 8 to 9 July 2025, during the major flood in South Tangerang. We arrived well past midnight, completely exhausted from the situation, but the reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and fast, even at that late hour, with no issues whatsoever — something we deeply appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat. All in-room facilities were in excellent condition, including complete amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite the difficult circumstances outside, we felt safe and well taken care of inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — a great way to start the day. Throughout the stay, the friendly and professional staff made sure we felt supported, which really made our short stay memorable during those challenging two days. I would highly recommend Grand Zuri BSD City to my friends, family, and acquaintances — not only for the quality of the hotel but especially for the exceptional hospitality and service in times of need."

"Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~"

"Ho avuto un lavoro da curare per un po' a Jakarta e questo hotel era a soli dieci minuti di distanza. Hanno 24 ore di servizio in camera e un delizioso menu, che è stato grande perché ero in tempo strano per affrontare il ritardo dei jet. La stanza è molto pulita e la stanza è molto pulita."

"Low quality service from front desk while checking in. Was given 1 room card & I requested for 1 more card but was told to pay Rp100 ribu as deposit for the card. Only budget hotel requested for deposit for extra card but this is a so called 4 star hotel. Also I booked a Grand Deluxe room not a standard room & a monthly regular customer. For the past 2 years staying there have no issue but seems like the service going backward. Customer service is not up to 4 star rating."

"Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)"

"The hotel stay was ok, the hotel is a little jaded and during the stay the room besides was making lots of noises till 4am.. have to go down to the reception to get them to assist. Didnt have good rest there. Reception during that time wasnt that friendly or shown any concerns. Overall still giving a good rating since the day reception staff were good and friendly."
