UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job.
However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property.
We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready.
Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for.
Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely.
I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future.

But also connected to small town nearby.
For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates.
When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys.
Front desk staff are very polite.
Room was clean.
Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised.
Toilets are clean enough and functional.
The shower head is standard 3-mode.
They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste.
Soap is provided.
You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water.
They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them.
There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too.
I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi.
Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft.
Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice.
You got a desk facing the window.
Aircon works really well.

CCenchristianRecentemente sono rimasto a Serpong Swiss-Belcourt nella loro camera doppia Deluxe per una notte. In generale, l'esperienza ha avuto i suoi alti e bassi.
Pros:
• La TV Android è stata una grande funzionalità, che consente un facile accesso alle applicazioni di streaming.
• La stanza stessa era spaziale, offrendo molta comodità.
• Il buffet è stato decente, con una varietà di opzioni per iniziare il giorno.
Coni:
• L'hotel è situato vicino a un treno, quindi il rumore dei treni passati è stato molto frequente e disturbante.
• Il design del pavimento del bagno era problematico. L'acqua non si sdraia correttamente, con conseguente piccoli puddi che hanno reso il pavimento del bagno bagnato bagnato e incomodo.
Mentre la stanza e le strutture erano buone, le questioni sono state deludenti.

KKavanaghI really enjoyed my stay here. I had business to take care of while in Jakarta and this Hotel was only ten minutes away. They have 24 hour room service and a delicious menu, which was great because I was up at odd times dealing with jet lag. There is also a grocery store next door. The staff are very kind and the room was very clean.

UUtente ospiteComfortable room, i have great hospitality in here. My family have a comfortable rest. Though cuz the location in the main street, we can’t deny noises from vehicle passing is so disturbing. But it’s fair enough consider the price and the facilities we get.

SSiong Wee AdrianOverall is pleasant hotel. They are still doing renovation on the 6 and 7 floor. I am staying on the 8th floor and they are some disturbances. But still ok. Breakfast is nice, quite a wide spread of food.
