Hotel in zona Rahayu Galery, Tangerang

This is the hotel to stay almost very time I visit BSD. Value for money with convenient location nearby shopping mall.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Thank you Puji and Robby and thank you IBIS

Sono andato al concerto al ICE, è 20 minuti di guida al ICE, ma la posizione vicino ad un altro centro commerciale e al cibo. La stanza è buona e confortevole, ma devo mettere meno per la pulizia, non essere sicuro se sia una tovagliola fresca, un po' sporca, ci fosse un labbro o un segno sullo specchio.

Ottieni quello che hai pagato tipo di hotel. Va bene per un soggiorno breve perché ha tutto il necessario (bagno, asciugamani, pantofole, letto comodo) necessario per viaggiare. Sfortunatamente, la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era un po' sporca, le lenzuola avevano delle macchie.

La posizione era buona, ma molto vicina all'aeroporto per una notte di uscita, il servizio era buono troppo niente, la stanza era pulita ma le strade erano un po' alte e le finestre non bloccano il rumore molto a notte.Ps: Non sono state prese foto tuttavia

È troppo vicino al bordo della strada e il suono è rumoroso di notte. Altri sono abbastanza buoni, la colazione dell'hotel è piuttosto ricca e anche la forma dell'hotel è buona. Edificio chic, ancora altamente raccomandato?

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Grande luogo per soggiornare per le famiglie, vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Jakarta CGK. I colazioni sono fantasticamente buoni e generosi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. AC funziona perfettamente. Vicinanza sicura, e la navetta gratuita è così utile. Il personale è il migliore: molto amichevole, così utile, e molto gentile. La piscina è molto divertente per tutta la famiglia. Il cibo dal ristorante è gioioso, e il wifi è veloce. Ci siamo rimasti lì qualche volta e l'amo ogni volta. Il nostro piccolo 10-year vecchio vuole aggiungere questo: ”Amo i colazione perché il loro riso fritto è fantastico aaaa e i frutti. Uno dei più rispettabili hotel che abbia mai visto nella mia LIFE!”

Mi sento bene, fantastico e felice, le strutture dell’hotel sono così buone, e è anche beat hotel che ho soggiornato. la posizione e l’autobus sono anche così facile da bene

Se vuoi semplicemente riposarti e aspettare il prossimo trasferimento, questo hotel è molto adatto. Anche le strutture sono complete e la pulizia è davvero mantenuta
